Signing Method 1: Exclusive minimum guarantee + 50% shared revenue
For authors who had a good record and have excellent new novels with quality, they can apply for a minimum guarantee of $2-50 for per 1000 words. When the accumulated share revenue of the author exceeds the guarantee payment, the website will pay the share revenue to the author.
Grading (minimum guarantee):
Level 1 ≥$2 per 1000 words, monthly average subscription 0-600
Level 2 ≥$3 per 1000 words, monthly average subscription 601-1200
Level 3 ≥$5 per 1000 words, monthly average subscription 1201-2000
Level 4 ≥$8 per 1000 words, monthly average subscription 2001+
Note: Subscriptions refer to the average subscriptions of this site = total subscriptions of this month/paid chapters of this month.
Points for attention:
1. The statistical period of remuneration is according to the calendar month.
2. One should update at least 2000 words of her or his story everyday onto ReadMe. (The total number of words of a signed work shall not be less than 52,000 words, and the monthly update quantity of the signed work shall not be less than 52,000 words.)
3. Full attendance bonus will be deducted in one of the following cases:
1. The writer must be able to update his/her single story daily, with a maximum of two days absent allowed per calendar month.
2. The total number of new chapters of a single story does not reach 2000 words.
3. The content of the chapters does not conform to the relevant provisions and is rejected, but not revised and re-uploaded on that day.
4. Basic remuneration will be deducted in one of the following cases:
1. The writer must be able to update his/her single story daily, with a maximum of three days absent allowed per calendar month. (The fourth no update will be deducted 3 times of the remuneration of the same day: 2*1000 words contract price*3)
2. The number of new chapters does not reach 2000 words.
3. The content of the chapters does not conform to the relevant provisions and is rejected, but not revised and re-uploaded on that day.
5. The deduction of minimum guarantee does not involve the shared revenue from the author's work.
6. Exclusive works enjoy all the following six rewards.
Signing Method 2: Non-exclusive shared revenue
For well-known authors, with works of excellent quality, which need to be uploaded on other platforms, can apply for non-exclusive shared revenue. There is no minimum guarantee, but can get 50% shared revenue.

Six Rewards
Extra bonus for full attendance:
Authors who signed an exclusive minimum guarantee agreement with the website can enjoy extra full attendance award.
1. Updating 2000 words per day, $30 for Extra bonus per story
2. Updating 4000 words per day, $60 for Extra bonus per story
Note: Allow the author to ask for leave for two days each month without applying to the editor, but should inform the readers in the form of announcement on that day.
For completing a story:
1. The completed story of 52K-104K words can enjoy $30 reward.
2. The completed story of above 104K words can enjoy $60 reward.
Note: Each book can only be applied for one completion reward.
Omni-channel sharing:
All signed authors who enjoy shared revenue:
1. Subscriptions sharing: 50% (Exclusive shared revenue for famous authors can reach 60%)
2. Reward sharing: 50% for authors and 50% for readers (It would be settled monthly and paid at the same time as the author's remuneration)
3. Copyright sharing: 50% (such as Publishing, Game, Films and television and so on)
4. Third party platform sharing: 50% (It would be settled monthly according to the data from authors’ background)
IP Value-Up Plan: Deriving-product exploiting of copyright and Personal brand building：
Excellent works will have the opportunity to be recommended to well-known publishing houses, film and television companies, comics and game companies, and obtain various copyright adaptation opportunities to maximize the value of works and release the unlimited vitality of the works.
Authors have the opportunity to participate in official online and offline events, and represent the platform to attend industry events, etc., and their industry influence will be increasing day by day.
Omni-channel promotion:
1. The signed works will be promoted in turn on the popular media platforms, so that more readers will be attracted to the authors' works.
2. Excellent works will get millions of dollars promotion fund.
Extra bestselling bonus:
ReadMe will pay an extra bonus to the author whose works can sell over $10W per month. (The specific amount depends on sales performance that month)
Announcements
As soon as one of the following cases occurs to the contracted work, the agreement with the author will be cancelled and the remunerations will be recovered as soon as it is verified:
1. The author and the work are suspected of plagiarism or other ACTS of copyright infringement.
2. The author and his works violate national laws and regulations and other administrative regulations.
3. The author maliciously spread rumors to denialize ReadMe and its staff members.
4. Repeat updates, deliberately copy content to defraud full attendance rewards or VIP charges.
5. Take all informal means to cheat the list of rewards and recommendations and other real or virtual benefits.
