Chapter 4 A Different Dimension For Battle

Voraz was tightly rapped in the chains which included his mouth too. Even his eyes were forced to shut and his body was literally rendered immobile even while he was levitating.


It seemed as if the chains had a lot of power and they were appearing directly from the floor.


The lady who was called Arya was using her power to maintain the chains which were right now acting like shackles.


“You are right professor Glim...”, she looked towards the Voraz.


“I can’t believe a tier 3 magician was sent here...”, her voice trembled for an instance as she said that.


“Ya, it’s hard to believe... but considering the thing behind which they were, it’s kind of understandable...”, Glim said.


“Sigh, whatever... if I hadn’t arrived right now you would be as good as dead...”, Arya said.


“Haha, that’s true though.”, Glim laughed.


Glim was by no means weak. In fact he was one of the strongest magicians ever alive but his powers were actually sealed right now.


He was supposedly a 5 tiger magician but right now due to Arya sealing his powers earlier by using her chains, he was nothing more than a tier one magician.


It was necessary for her to seal because he would have been in constant threat of his power was quite high as many of the magicians would easily detect and attach him.


However it seemed like the information leaked somehow due to which all of them assumed that Glim had weakened and thus a tier 3 Magician was sent.


“Mhmmmm!!!”, Voraz was continually trying to get out of the chain but all his attempts were failing.


It was because the chains had special functions that would actually make a magician weak.


It would actually snatch away all the magic powers from the magician and since Arya and Voraz were of the same tier, most of Voraz’s magic was sealed.


‘I... have... only one option left!!!”


While Arya and Glim were conversing and their attention was not on Voraz, he used a forbidden spell which actually turned himself into a monster.


“Gwaahhhhh!!!”, he shouted.


Both Arya and Glim observes the change.


“Voraz!!! You fool!”, Glim was frustrated when he saw Voraz turning into monster.


It was one of the most deadful thing to do and probably a thing that was worst than death.


If a magician or any human sacrifices his soul to the demons, his own body mutates all of a sudden and demonifies!!!


Once that is done, the human can no longer regain his humanity. He would be a demon or a monster both from looks as well as behaviour!


“Gwaahhhh!!!”, the monster didn’t require much of magic and due to changing into monster, his pier increased.


‘BOOM’


The chains shattered in an instant and then Voraz who had turned into a monster who had green skin and huge fangs, rushed towards Arya in order to kill her.


“Holy Chains!”, she chanted and the chains formed again but they failed to wrap Voraz this time because his spear had increased tremendously.


“No! Be careful Arya!!!”, Glim shouted but it was too late.


Voraz’s claws had already reached her neck and was about to split it apart when all of a sudden thousands of chains restricted its movements.


Both Arya’s and Glim’s eyes were widened. Both of them were shocked because it was quite a dangerous situation.


Glim was shocked seeing all the chains while Arya was just relieved that she was alive right now thanks to her ultimate spell.


“Arya... do it...”, Glim said immediately after which aryabturned her gazes towards Glim and chanted something.


Suddenly some chains appeared from Glim all of a sudden and vanished into thin air/


Glim has his eyes closed while she chanted this and unsealed his magic and immediately after that, he slowly opened his eyes which had fierce gazes in it.


All of a sudden his left hand was filled with a lot of lightning while his right hand had some brownish glow.


“Hyaaaa!!!”, he shouted and dashed towards Voraz and grabbed his neck with his left hand.


‘ZZZDDDZZZ’


‘ROAAAAARRRR!!!’


Voraz literally roared the moment the lightning touched him.


It felt as if the entire of his body was experiencing shock.


His toongue was out and all the saliva was splashing on the floor.


Then Glim used his right hand and bashed Voraz who literally had a dent like appearance in its head ur to the powerful bash from the fist.


‘BAM’


‘BOOM’


Glim didn’t stop at just that, he kept punching Voraz with all of his strength.


Even among the very few tier 5 magicians, he was considered to be one of the strongest and his punches were no joke.


All the blood splashed everywhere and Glim himself was drenched with the umpire blood.


The only thing that was left now was the monsters right hand which was completely tied with chain.


Everything else was destroyed and couldn’t even be identified right now.


“Professor Glim... you went a bit far...”, Arya smiled awkwardly and said that after she found him in such a state.


“Huff huff... he deserved it...”, after saying that he wiped the blood that was on his face using a cloth which Arya provided.


“Now that this problem is over...”, Glim said.


“Yes?”, Arya asked suddenly after looking at Glim’s stern expression.


“We have to look after him...”, Glim said this while looking towards the way in which Shiro has went just a while ago.


Arya failed to understand what Glim said as she hadn’t witnessed anything about Shiro and thus she was kept in the dark.


“What do you mean Professor Glim?”, she asked.


“That boy... Shiro was it?”, he grinned while saying that.


‘What is he talking about?’, she couldn’t understand even now and it remained as a mystery for a while.


“Anyway, let’s clean this mess before we return to the actual dimension...”, Glim said.


“Yes...”, Arya modded her head.


They were actually fighting in a while another dimension and because of that no change was brought to the real world.


The other so called dimension also looked the exact as earth but it was quite different at the same time.


It was just a temporary space created for a while so that magicians could face off against each other if they met.


Glim had immediately casted that magic when he saw Voraz and thus he avoided the unnecessary damage that was caused. Also no humans could notice what had happened.


“Phew, I need to find him and ask him to join the academy as soon as possible...”, Glim sighed while cleaning all the mess.


He thought that he had taken care of the problem right now but he knew that someone or the other would come after him again and due to that very reason he was ready to leave the town as soon as possible, but little did he know that just by saying the name ‘Shiro’ he had already given off the clue to his foe.


Now their targets had already changed to Shiro!


MEANWHILE...


‘That book shop is indeed awesome... and the owner is good too...’, Shiro was thinking while he was walking towards his home.


‘He allows me to read in free... I wonder what I will read tomorrow...’, he was going happily but little did he know the danger that was following him.
