Cathy's face changed slightly. "Now? Are they downstairs?
She had told the person downstairs to inform her in advance, once someone arrived, but she didn't expect that it would be so coincidental.
Looking at the girl sitting on the closestool, she said on the phone, "How many people are coming?"
Tyrone Raman wouln't be there, would he?
"Three."
"Three?"
Bitting her lip, she suddenly lowered her voice and asked, "Peter, Is there a very handsome and expressionless young man among them? wearing grey, grey suit."
It should be grey. Before, it was too far away to be sure whether it was grey or black.
After a second of meditation, the other side whispered, "Manager Lawson, I have observed them. None of them was the one you said and none of them was handsome."
"......."
Cathy breathed a sigh of relief and said brightly, "Okay, you let them go upstairs firstly."
Putting away her cell phone, she waited Mila for a few minutes before she cleaned up and left.
"Hungry or not? Eat this."
When passing the tea room, Cathy took a bag of snacks to her. At this time, several people came over from the opposite elevator.
"Are you from LT Company?" She went over and guessed these several persons should be from LT Company.
"Yes, how do you do, Manager Lawson?"
Cathy generously shook hands with them and said, "Nice to meet you, I'm Cathy Lawson from Vanten Technology Company."
When the several people saw Mila, they all smiled politely, "Is this your daughter? She's cute."
Not explaining too much, Cathy just smiled apologetically, "Sorry, it's inconvenient at home, so I take her with me. She's very obedient and won't disturb my work."
"It's all right. It's not easy to support a family." The several persons nodded to express that they feel the same way.
Without too much politeness, Cathy led them to the conference room to discuss the cooperation.
After several years of work, it was easy for her to engage in social activities.
It was almost noon when the whole process ended.
As the host, it had been widely accepted to treat the partner.
"You guys, it's noon. Why don't we go downstairs and have some meal firstly? We'll discuss again in the afternoon."
The several people looked at each other and nodded, "OK."
Getting their approval, Cathy turned around and said to the assistant behind her, "Nick, call the restaurant and book a private room. We'll go there in a minute."
"Manager Lawson, don't bother so much. We are engaging in terrain reconnaissance nearby today and we have found a good restaurant. Why don't we take you there?" The people from LT Company quickly interrupted with a smile on his face.
"Yes, all of us will work here and we should help each other in the future."
Cathy hesitated for a moment, then smiled, "Okay, you go down first, I'll tidy up and go right over."
"All right."
When the other party left, the assistant, Nick, looked at Mila and couldn't help saying, "Sister Lawson, are you going too?"
Cathy sighed. "Now that I have approved, wouldn't it be rude if I didn't go?"
"Then you take your child... Or would you like someone from our department to take care of her for a while?" He giggled.
Cathy rubbed Mila's head and shook her head, "She just relies on me now, except her father."
Then, she looked at him, lip hooked, "I know you are young and vigorous. If you really considerate of me, please help me drink two more bars."
No one knew that she was pregnant. So she couldn't find any reason not to drink on such occasions.
Nick immediately put himself in a right position, showing a standard smile, said solemnly, "No problem, sister Cathy, you can be at ease. I promise you I will accomplish the task."
