"Why are you looking for me?" Titus looked at Russell.
"To be honest, although we have the qualifications to enter the Broken Blade Cave Mansion, inside it contains the terrifying sword intent of the Sword King, and entering is akin to undergoing a severe test. If unlucky, one may get injured or even be ejected. The qualification to enter is not easy to come by, and being ejected equals losing this opportunity."
Russell slowly said, "That's why I wish to invite Xenos to go to the Broken Blade Cave Mansion together. As a Semi-Knife Dao Grandmaster, you should be able to resist some of the sword intent."
"In simple terms, we will open the Broken Blade Cave Mansion and enter, while Xenos, you help us resist some of the sword intent. This arrangement is mutually beneficial."
"Where is the Broken Blade Cave Mansion?" Titus asked.
"It's inside our South Figaro Martial Hall," Russell replied.
"Inside South Figaro Martial Hall?" Titus was somewhat surprised.
"Yes, the Sword King Wu Hui was a senior figure of our South Figaro Martial Hall. Although he has long passed away, he left some things in the Broken Blade Cave Mansion. Members of our South Figaro Martial Hall who have obtained the qualification to open it will go in and search."
"I will cooperate with you," Titus said.
“Xenos, let's go," Russell said with a slight smile.
"What about Raelyn?" Titus asked.
"Oh, I almost forgot, I'll have someone bring her out immediately." Russell gestured to a young Martial Cultivation following him, who quickly left.
Moments later, Raelyn returned with the young Martial Cultivation.
“Xenos!"
Seeing Titus, Raelyn couldn't help but show joy. "I heard that you have entered the South Figaro Martial Hall? And even caught the eye of the Hall Master, becoming his disciple?"
"Something like that," Titus replied with a light smile.
"Congratulations."
Raelyn was thrilled. She always knew Titus wouldn't be buried in obscurity and would rise because she believed that even with only thirty percent Sea of Qi, Titus wouldn't be inferior to anyone.
Looking at Raelyn's expression, Titus felt moved, realizing that only a few like her would genuinely rejoice for him.
"Do you want to come with me to South Figaro Martial Hall?" Titus asked.
"Can I go to South Figaro Martial Hall?" Raelyn asked eagerly.
"Of course," Titus nodded.
"Wouldn't that affect you?" Raelyn was concerned.
"No," Titus shook his head.
Then, Titus, along with Raelyn and Russell's group, returned to South Figaro Martial Hall.
...
In the Path of Life and Death.
“Xenos, is this where you live?" Raelyn looked around curiously and noticed the scattered mechanical figures, all severed.
"Just a temporary place," Titus replied.
Titus didn't tell Raelyn about joining the South School, mainly to avoid her worries, given the school's peculiar situation.
Upon reaching the vicinity of the Virtual Realm Heavenly Clock, Titus noticed that School Master William wasn't there, and the clock was also closed, with only Anya sitting quietly.
"Who is she?" Anya noticed Raelyn behind Titus, her beautiful face colder.
"You must be Xenos's sister Anya, right? I am Raelyn, a former Outer Sect disciple with Xenos at Skynet Sect," Raelyn said with a slight smile.
"Where's the School Master?" Titus asked.
"He's temporarily out for some work," Anya replied coldly.
"Raelyn, you can stay here for a while. If you need anything, ask Anya," Titus told Raelyn.
"Don't worry, Xenos, I'll take care of myself," Raelyn nodded.
Titus didn't say much more. He wasn't worried about Anya; after all, the Virtual Realm Heavenly Clock was already closed, and she couldn't enter for now.
As for Raelyn, being naturally obedient, she didn't need much instruction from Titus and would stay where he arranged.
Leaving the Path of Life and Death, Titus returned outside.
...
Titus followed Russell and others into South Figaro Martial Hall. Holding the South School token, he could freely enter and exit the hall.
However, Titus could only enter and exit.
All the resources and cultivation areas in South Figaro Martial Hall were off-limits to him.
This was the result of the conflict between South School and North School. With the re-establishment of South School, it could only start from scratch. After the conflict between the two schools in a month, only the surviving Titus would begin to use one-tenth of South Figaro Martial Hall's cultivation resources.
The cave mansion area, however, wasn't restricted for Titus.
South Figaro Martial Hall's area was vast, and the ambient spiritual energy was three times denser than the outside world. Titus keenly sensed that some areas had even denser spiritual energy, especially a sealed and restricted hall.
"What place is that?" Titus pointed at a hall and asked Russell.
"Oh, that's the Spirit Vein Hall, accessible only to members with a gold token or higher. Even then, gold token members can only enter once a year. The spiritual energy inside is said to be three times that of the outside world. Cultivating there for one day is almost equivalent to half a year of hard work."
Russell said, "In the entire Xanth City, only South Figaro Martial Hall has a Spirit Vein Hall, which is said to have been built by the first Hall Master using a spiritual vein."
Spiritual vein...
Titus took a deep look at the hall, surprised that South Figaro Martial Hall possessed a spiritual vein.
While moving forward, Titus saw a slovenly man lying drunk on the ground, his face covered with dirty stubble, making it difficult to discern his features or age.
"Who is he?" Titus asked curiously.
"He was once a top genius who shocked Xanth City, now a wasted man," Russell said regretfully. "You wouldn't believe his talent back then. He started cultivating at twelve and reached the Innate Realm in just one year."
"Such talent alarmed the entire Xanth City. Some older generation figures even predicted that if he grew up, he had the potential to dominate Xanth City."
"Not only that, his Martial Spirit was a rare fire-refining Martial Spirit of heavenly grade."
Heavenly grade Martial Spirit...
Titus was well aware of the grading of Martial Spirits.
From one to nine, they are called common grade, the most numerous and common. Seven-grade and above are rare, and eight and nine grades exist but are even rarer.
Above the ninth grade is the earth grade, and above that is the heavenly grade.
Reaching the heavenly grade is already astonishing.
Martial Spirits' grades are related to martial cultivation talent; the higher the talent, the higher the potential grade of the Martial Spirit.
A martial cultivator capable of nurturing a heavenly grade Martial Spirit naturally wouldn't have low talent.
Titus knew of higher grades than heavenly grade, but in the Mortal Realm, heavenly grade was already the pinnacle.
A fire-refining Martial Spirit, in particular, is an extremely rare type, existing in the form of flames. When supported by a martial cultivator, it not only increases strength but also carries a burning power.
"What a pity, the direct descendant of the Yates Family of yesteryears, now a waste," Russell sighed.
"He's the direct descendant of the Xanth City the Yates Family?" Titus was surprised.
"Not just a direct descendant, but also the offspring of the previous patriarch. Since he was wasted, his position was taken. Then the Yates Family expelled him. Since he was formerly a right-hand man in South Figaro Martial Hall, they took him in. If Xenos is interested, you can easily learn more about him in Xanth City. Oh, his name is Walter," Russell said.
