"What an ignorant fool!"
Morris's eyes flashed with coldness as he moved to confront Clarence.
Although he was just a dog of the Norman Family, his strength was more than enough to deal with a dozen ordinary people.
However, just at that moment, a towering figure, nearly two meters tall, descended from somewhere. As soon as this person landed, there was a booming sound and even the stone slabs on the ground cracked.
Without warning, before Morris could react, this person grabbed his head.
Decco's eyes were sharp as knives, and he chuckled coldly.
"A mere servant dares to lay hands on Mr. Van? Let alone you, even the head of the Norman Family must kneel before Mr. Van!"
"Who... who are you?" Morris exclaimed, his face drained of color.
He had thought highly of his skills, but before this person, he was instantly subdued, lacking any courage to resist.
Clarence asked coldly, "Which hand struck her just now?"
Morris trembled with fear but remained silent.
"Very well, since you won't say, let's cripple both of his arms."
As Clarence spoke, Decco seized Morris's two arms and twisted them 360 degrees.
Crack! Crack!
"Ahh!"
Morris screamed in agony, his pain tearing through him, cold sweat streaming down his forehead uncontrollably.
"Bastard, release Morris now, or the Norman Family won't spare you!"
Several suited brutes behind him quickly closed in.
Leading them was a bald, scar-faced brute named Fierce Wolf.
These men followed Morris, serving the Norman Family, and were involved in unsavory activities.
Seeing Clarence looking unfamiliar to them, they regarded him as nothing more than a petty individual ignorant of his insignificance.
"Quiet!"
Clarence uttered only one word.
Immediately, Decco took action, delivering several resounding slaps.
The brutes led by Fierce Wolf were sent flying by Decco's immense strength, landing on the ground, looking bewildered.
Meanwhile, Clarence calmly approached Morris, his hand behind his back, looking at him icily.
"Enjoying your moment of false superiority, have you thought about your fate today?"
Morris's breathing became heavy, his rage reaching its peak. He was a man of the Norman Family, and in all his years in Zensea, no one had dared to treat him like this.
Tariq clenched his fists tightly. It was so satisfying, too satisfying. These people were usually so arrogant, and finally, someone was giving them a taste of their own medicine!
If not for some reservations, he would have applauded loudly.
But at that moment, a look of ruthlessness flashed in Morris's eyes.
"Damn it, I'll make you pay!"
He erupted suddenly, leaping into the air, aiming a lethal scissor kick at Clarence's neck.
This move was incredibly powerful, with the lower leg bursting forth with tremendous force. Once successful, it could easily snap a person's neck.
But Clarence's eyes emitted a thunderous light, his voice like a war drum.
"Kneel!"
Boom!
Morris, who was already airborne, suddenly screamed in agony and thudded to the ground, involuntarily dropping to his knees.
In an instant, blood flowed from his seven orifices, and his knees shattered.
Though Morris's body knelt straight, his eyes had begun to lose focus.
Motionless, he was as dead as dead could be.
Even Decco trembled slightly. He knew Dragonhead was angry.
And the others, including Fierce Wolf, stared wide-eyed in horror.
Damn, Morris was actually—shouted to death!
Who could accomplish such a feat?
What kind of method was this?
And Morris, even in death, never understood the terrifying entity he had provoked.
"I, Clarence, have guarded the border and fought off enemies, faithfully protecting the nation's territory for eight years."
"Yet here in Cathay, there are such parasites, bullying and oppressing the people, which is truly despicable!"
Clarence waved his hand, dispersing the dust, and looked at the group, saying each word deliberately:
"Someone from the Norman Family must be held accountable for this."
Clarence fixed his gaze on Fierce Wolf.
"Call your master and tell him there's a problem here, and he needs to come explain it himself."
Fierce Wolf's heart skipped a beat. Clarence wanted him to call Maddox over.
Wasn't this asking for trouble?
If something happened to Young Master Norman because of this brute, his days in Zensea would be over.
"Kid, if you want to live, make sure your master comes over!"
Decco grabbed Fierce Wolf's collar coldly.
"Alright, I... I'll make the call."
Anyway, he had to get through this situation first.
Morris was dead, and if he wanted to live, he had no choice but to become a traitor.
"And... what should I say?"
Fierce Wolf looked helpless.
"Heh, people who want to live always find a way."
Decco smirked, licking his crimson lips.
With a gulp, Fierce Wolf swallowed nervously. He was truly afraid that Decco would slap him again; that was quite an ordeal.
"Hello, Young Master, it's... it's me, Fierce Wolf."
"Wolf? Why are you calling me? How's the matter I asked you to handle going?"
Impatience rang in Maddox's voice over the phone.
"Young Master, there's a bit of a situation here. You... you need to come and sort it out for us."
Maddox was displeased.
"If you can't handle such a trivial matter, what's the point? Spit it out!"
Fierce Wolf said tearfully, "Young Master when we arrived at this location, someone interfered and wouldn't let us demolish. They said you need to come and negotiate."
He tried to phrase it as gently as possible, but there was already a hint in his words, hoping Maddox would understand his meaning.
"And what about Morris? He didn't resolve it?"
"Morris... he... he got knocked out by someone."
"Good, very good. With the weight of the Norman Family in Zensea, if anyone dares to stir up trouble, they better watch out, I'm coming right away!"
Norman Family entrusted the eastern plot to Maddox to handle. He was gearing up for a big move, but he didn't expect to encounter such trouble right from the start.
Fierce Wolf hung up the phone and obediently knelt on the sides of the road with his brothers.
Clarence nodded in satisfaction. Not only did Maddox forcefully clear the shantytown, but he also had someone break April's legs. This matter had to be resolved.
Meanwhile, Vanessa and April felt like the scene before them was surreal.
Especially Vanessa, who had just interacted with this "brother" and had scoffed at her promises to him before.
But now, she witnessed her "brother" displaying such dominance and power.
It could be said that he was utterly commanding, exuding boundless authority!
Facing Zensea's top family, the Norman Family, he showed no fear, daring to kill with ease!
Despite her young age, this little girl had remarkable courage.
Even in the face of death, she showed little fear, a testament to the Van Family's courageous lineage.
"Vanessa, tell me the truth. Who exactly is Mr. Van?"
At this point, if April still thought Clarence was just a teacher, then she was truly naive.
