The Blood Fiend Hall was a palace personally crafted by The great shura during his lifetime. It served both as his residence and as his place of cultivation.
"I never expected the second layer of the Shura Token's space to be here!"
Suppressing his excitement, Ruxley stepped into the Blood Fiend Hall.
Upon entering the palace, a small courtyard came into view. The courtyard was serene and peaceful, with rock formations, a pond, flowers, and green trees, entirely different from the sinister and terrifying scene Ruxley had imagined.
"These plants and trees are still alive!"
Ruxley's eyes lit up as he observed the plants and trees in the courtyard.
According to the information from the Shura Token, The great shura had perished at least several thousand years ago.
If these had been ordinary plants, they would have long since turned to dust over such a long period. Yet, the plants and trees in this courtyard remained vibrant and full of life, clearly not ordinary specimens.
Thinking of this, Ruxley quickly walked to an ancient tree in the courtyard and carefully reached out to touch its trunk.
However, before his hand could make contact, it was stopped by an invisible barrier. A flash of light appeared in Ruxley's eyes as he exerted all his strength, attempting to break through the barrier.
Unfortunately, even with all his power, he couldn't move the barrier in the slightest.
"Damn, these trees are surrounded by a protective barrier!" Ruxley cursed inwardly.
Unwilling to give up, he tried the other plants and trees in the courtyard. However, the result was the same—each plant and tree was surrounded by a strong barrier.
Seeing this, Ruxley had no choice but to give up.
With his current strength, he could not break through the barrier. He would have to wait until he was stronger to try again.
After exploring the courtyard, Ruxley continued forward, eventually reaching the inner hall of the Blood Fiend Hall.
The inner hall wasn't large, containing only four rooms: the Pill Hall, the Artifact Hall, the Scripture Hall, and the Taoist Hall.
The Pill Hall was where the great shura refined pills, while the Artifact Hall was where he forged spiritual artifacts.
Not only was the great shura incredibly powerful, but he was also highly skilled in alchemy and artifact crafting, having created many exceptional pills and spiritual artifacts.
Curious, Ruxley pushed open the door to the Pill Hall and walked inside. The room wasn't large, containing only a wooden shelf and a pill furnace.
Ruxley approached the wooden shelf and saw that it held several hundred jade slips. He casually picked one up and examined it, discovering that it contained various pill recipes and refining methods.
"Damn, I've struck gold!"
Ruxley couldn't help but show a look of excitement.
The jade slips recorded over ten thousand pill recipes and alchemical techniques that The great shura had spent his lifetime collecting.
With these jade slips, Ruxley could easily become a master alchemist.
"So, this is the inheritance from the second layer of space!"
Ruxley looked at the jade slips on the wooden shelf, suddenly realizing the significance. If he was correct, the other three halls likely contained similar jade slips.
The great shura had left all his inheritances in the Blood Fiend Hall.
Ruxley bowed deeply to the empty space and sincerely said, "Thank you, Master, for your teachings!"
Even though the great shura had been dead for many years, since Ruxley had received his inheritance, The Great Shura was now his master. He vowed to carry on these teachings and not let down The Great Shura.
After examining the jade slips on the wooden shelf, Ruxley walked over to the pill furnace in the room.
The pill furnace was not large, standing about a meter tall. Its surface was engraved with nine lifelike dragon patterns, exuding an ancient and desolate aura.
"So, this is the Great Wilderness Heavenly Dragon Cauldron?"
Ruxley murmured, a hint of excitement in his eyes.
This pill furnace was no ordinary item but a supreme treasure painstakingly crafted by The great shura, known as the Great Wilderness Heavenly Dragon Cauldron.
The Great Wilderness Heavenly Dragon Cauldron could not only increase the success rate of alchemy but also significantly enhance the quality of the pills, making it a divine tool for alchemists.
With the right ingredients, Ruxley could easily refine large quantities of pills.
"With these resources, the power of the Shura Palace will undoubtedly soar to new heights in a short time!"
Ruxley clenched his fists, his eyes burning with determination.
Although the Shura Palace was already recognized as the most powerful force in the Death Battlefield, Ruxley knew that the Death Battlefield was just one war zone within the vast region of Kyushu. If he wanted to dominate all of Kyushu, he needed to continue strengthening the Shura Palace.
The inheritances left by the great shura presented him with an unparalleled opportunity.
As long as he made good use of these inheritances, he was confident that one day he could sweep across Kyushu and become its sole ruler.
After organizing the inheritances in the Pill Hall, Ruxley left and proceeded to the Artifact Hall. As expected, the Artifact Hall also contained a vast collection of jade slips related to artifact crafting.
However, when Ruxley tried to enter the Scripture Hall and the Taoist Hall, he discovered, to his surprise, that the entrances to these halls were protected by a powerful barrier, just like the plants and trees in the courtyard.
It seemed that he would need to reach a certain level of strength before he could access these two halls.
In the following hours, Ruxley thoroughly explored the entire Blood Fiend Hall.
Although the Blood Fiend Hall appeared grand and imposing, it did not have much internal space. Besides the courtyard at the entrance and the four great halls in the inner courtyard, there wasn't much else to explore.
After confirming that he had not missed anything, Ruxley returned to the Pill Hall, selected a few jade slips on alchemy, and then returned to the real world.
By this time, it was already past eight in the morning. Ruxley quickly tidied up and left the training room.
Lixen was waiting for Ruxley outside the training room. When he saw Ruxley, his pupils suddenly contracted.
He was shocked to realize that in just one night, Ruxley's aura had undergone a dramatic transformation.
Previously, Ruxley was sharp and fierce, like a freshly unsheathed blade. Now, he had become refined and subdued, exuding an air of simplicity and purity.
"My Lord, could it be that you…"
Lixen's mind raced, and he looked at Ruxley with a face full of joy.
Ruxley smiled faintly and nodded, "Yes, I have successfully broken through!"
Hearing Ruxley's confirmation, Lixen's face lit up with ecstasy, and he excitedly congratulated Ruxley, "Congratulations, my Lord, on your great advancement in strength!"
Ruxley waved his hand dismissively and said calmly, "It's just a minor breakthrough, nothing too significant. Has Igneel and the others arrived?"
Lixen nodded and respectfully replied, "They arrived early this morning and are waiting for you in the study."
"Good, let's go! I haven't seen them in a while."
Ruxley smiled and walked with Lixen toward the study.
Inside the study, a dozen tall, black-clad men stood in a neat formation, silently awaiting Ruxley's arrival. They exuded a powerful aura, with cold, fierce gazes and a terrifying, murderous intent radiating from their bodies.
These were the famed Thirty-Six Heavenly Fiends of the Shura Palace.
