"Can you solve the crisis that we met?" Kenny MO snored, and he thought that she might not take the problem seriously.
Kenny and her father were doubtful because what they needed was not 100 thousand, but one billion.
"So, can you borrow one billion or convince the bank that refunds according to the contract?" Kate Mo mocked.
"Helen, don't be naughty." Jon Mo, Helen's father, stopped her, he knew that her daughter was intelligent, but she couldn't handle this with her poor contacts.
"Dad, I'm serious." Then she turned to her grandmother.
"Trust me, grandma, I can solve the crisis for someone wanting to buy our shares to help us."
The old lady contemplated, there were three solutions to handle the crisis they met.
Firstly, I convinced the bank to refund according to the contract.
Secondly, it borrowed another billion to pay the bills of the bank.
Lastly, I sold some shares for financing.
And the first one was best, but it didn't work even they had asked for help from everyone they could think.
Mo's Family had offended many people in daily life. Therefore, when they were in trouble, nobody offered help, they couldn't borrow a hundred million.
Now, it seemed that selling shares to financing was the only solution.
"Which company you talked about?" The old lady looked at Helen with curiosity; she didn't want to finance from the companies that had a bad relationship. On the one hand, they would demand an exorbitant price. On the other hand, if they had too many shares, it would become a significant threat to their company.
"It's a company from another region," Helen responded.
"From another region? Then talk to him." The old lady nodded, maybe the company wanted to ascend to the business circles of Capital through Mo's Family.
"OK, I'll make an appointment with him." Helen was joyful and called Chase Lu.
"Mr. Chase, you said that you want to share investment in our company, so when it is convenient for you to talk in details?" Helen asked on hands-free.
"I'm free all the time, but I need my negotiation team for the final financing," Chase answered.
"How about meeting this afternoon?" Helen sounded out.
"It's better this evening. My negotiation team will reach to Capital this afternoon. By the way, I want to know the value assessment of your company."
"Tell him, at least 2.5 billion." Helen knew that Chase heard what her grandma said, for the phone was on hands-free.
"OK, then tell the old lady that I want to buy 40 percentage of Mo's company with two billion."
What?
Did he spend two billion only for 40 percentage shares?
Everyone of Mo's Family was so shocked that they all thought Chase must be a fraud.
He could buy it for two billion.
Helen was stunned, too, despite being sure that Chase would help Mo's Family, but she didn't know he was so generous.
"Grandma, he must be a fraud." Kenny looked to the old lady.
"We have told him that we only value 2.5 billion, but he buys 40 percentage shares with two billion, can you believe that? Or he is crazy."
"Helen, hang up. He's bullshit, does he think we are easily taken in just for we are in crisis?"
The old lady agreed with what the young said, but she said nothing.
"Are you serious, Mr. Chase? Mo's company only values 2.5 billion."
"I'm serious, but I have a premise."
Everyone concentrated on his conditions.
"What's your condition?" Helen knew his condition was that she to be the chairman, so she asked in surprise.
"Tell the old lady, if you are the chairman, we can talk the details tonight, and you will receive all the money when we sign the contract. Think of that?" Then he hung it up.
Kenny stared at Helen as he heard what Chase said.
"You are so ambitious, my little sister," Kenny said weirdly.
And all the other youths looked at Helen with a teasing smile.
Only Jon was happy with excitement look.
"You know him well, and you are close, right?" The old lady tried to think it is the right way, even though Helen wanted to cheat her and the stranger, though she was doubtful. If so, she would be upset.
Helen told the hidden meanings; her grandma was suspected of her.
"Grandma, you know him too, but he is not convenient to see you now, if you don't believe me, ask him." Helen knew her granny well; she was very suspicious, so Helen had to tell her some Chase information.
"I know him too?" The old lady was confused with frowning.
"Yes, the reason he buys our shares is to help us, not to swallow our property," Helen said affirmatively.
"His last name is Lu, is he a member of your uncle?" the old lady asked.
Helen nodded and called Chase again.
"Mr. Chase, my grandma wants to chat with you when it is convenient for you?"
"Come to the hotel; I'm living."
"And my grandma wanted to talk with you in person." Helen hinted.
Chase kept silent for a while, and everyone was waiting for his answer.
"Fine, see you tonight at seven o'clock." Chase finally agreed.
Helen took her phone back; then, the old lady said that "Meeting's over, Helen and Kenny go with me tonight."
"Yes, grandma." They nodded. Kenny stepped to Helen as the old lady went away.
"What an ambitious girl you are, huh, wait and see, Grandma can't pass you the chairman even if you have outside help. You know why because you are a woman."
Helen took a look at him and walked toward outside without a word.
Kenny changed horribly as Helen walking away.
"Who do you think he is? The man sent by the uncle to help us?" Kate asked in curiosity.
"How do I know that? You can ask her." Kenny said impatiently.
"Stop that, if grandma agreed on the condition, Helen would be the chairman, who is annoyed to your brother." A man said.
"I know that, but my grandma won't pass the chairman to a woman."
Although their Family needed assistance, they all believed that the old lady wouldn't pass her chairman to a woman.
