All the people around here were stupefied. Finn dared to slap the Three Lions?
Hayes Hu also widened his eyes.
How arrogant Chase Lu was!
"You're asking for death, Chase Lu. Do you know who these three men are? They are the Three Lions! Hahaha!" Hayes laughed.
"F**k you! How dare you slap our boss? Kill him!"
The Three Lions' subordinates rushed to Chase.
People around here all ran away from them.
But Chase didn't move, just standing there.
"F**k you! Step back now!" Hale Song shouted.
The Three Lions looked horrified. They feared that Chase would hate them for their subordinates' offense.
"Do you know why I slap you?" Chase stared at the three. They made Chase so disappointed.
"Please tell us." The three began to realize their faults.
Hayes had paid them 500,000 for a security guard's life, but no one knew it was Chase Lu.
Chase Lu was so powerful, with a background influential than even John Lu.
Was that because they offended Chase?
"It's because you're so snobbish to agree to do such dirty thing, making me very disappointed! You can find me if you want money, but you can't fall like that!" Chase said with disappointment.
The three were terrified, their heads lowering, as humble as children who were being scolded by their parents.
People around here were stupefied!
Especially Hayes Hu!
The coward, Chase, dared to slap the three and scold them as his children!
Hayes felt the world going mad.
"I'm enraged by Hayes today, so I need you to ruin his supermarket for a week. If you let me down once more, you shall know the result well." Chase ordered indifferently.
Then he threw the car key to Hale. "Repair my car."
Turning around, Chase left with Cassie in his arms.
The Three Lions took a breath of relief.
Chase's momentum was so dominant that it brought much pressure on them.
They turned to look at Hayes, whose body was shaking.
The situation changed so fast. Hayes didn't expect a little security guard would be so powerful that even the Three Lions behaved as humble as servants in Chase's face.
And...he had offended such a powerful man once and once again...
Hayes couldn't think anymore.
Facing the three's hellish eyes, Hayes felt his legs shivering.
"Son of a bitch! How dare you to offend Mr. Lu?" Hale rushed to Hayes and kicked him to the ground.
The two others also rushed to beat up Hayes. Hayes squatted down, with hands around his head for protection. He felt pain but dare not to shout out.
"Boy, wait for the close of your supermarket." The three finally released their anger and threatened.
Hayes was scared. He endured the pain and asked. "Please tell me about Chase's identity. Why are you so afraid of him?"
"How can you, a small potato, know Mr. Lu's identity?" Tate Lin snorted.
"Don't care about him. You go back first, and I'm going to repair the car for Mr. Lu." Then Hale drove the broken car to the repair shop.
"Mr. Tate and Mr. Joe, what is Mr. Lu's real identity?" Their subordinates asked.
"You only need to know he is a very powerful man. Don't ask more." Then Tate and Joe got in the car.
Chase was cooking after he got home.
He had already forgotten this matter.
Such a small potato-like Hayes didn't deserve his attention.
"Josh Group announced to be dissolved, do you know about that?" When they were having dinner, Jayne suddenly asked Chase.
"Well, don't worry about that. I heard though it is dissolved, the companies below it will still exist. And all its shares have been transferred to a mystery man. So, the group's contract will continue, and the project in Dragon Lake definitely won't be affected." Chase explained to comfort Jayne.
She had just made the contract of the villa in Dragon Lake. By that, she had been promoted to be the supervisor, so she would naturally worry about this matter.
"How do you know that?" Jayne asked curiously.
Chase smiled, making Jayne realize quickly. "You heard from Manager Wall."
Chase knew Wall Wang, so he was bound to know some essential information.
"I'm afraid of a change of the manager. Others may be hard to get along with." Jayne worried.
"Take it easy. Wall will continue to be the manager, so your project won't be affected." Chase said.
"That should be the best." Jayne relieved.
"Oh, I went to the villa area in Dragon Lake today. The villas are so beautiful there, but too expensive. I heard the best villas cost more than one hundred million." Jayne suddenly said.
"Well, Josh Group's intention to develop that area is just to sell the villas to the richest. Jol City develops well these years, so many businessmen take this opportunity to make much money." Chase explained.
"Unfortunately, we failed in our business, or we would be rich, as well. Even we might afford the cheapest one there." Jayne sighed with pity.
"Do you like much the villa there?" Chase looked at Jayne.
"Everyone likes it. It's a symbol of being respected. But even if we work hard for tens of years more, we can't afford the cheapest." Jayne said with admiration on her face.
She could only admire. She knew she couldn't live there all her life.
