chapter 25 Misfortunes never come singly

Wu Yang who was changing his crumpled suit in his personal cloakroom in the president's office. He looked at his carved features in the mirror, his eyes showed his self-deprecation. He sat back in the boss's chair and continued to read the official document. Rat-tat! Somebody knocked the door.  "President,This is your coffee."Bai Xue brought the coffee in and gave it to him. She stood on the sidelines, fearing that she would irritated him again and lost this job. "Helping me find the information of the eva project on this bookshelf!" Wu Yang meant that find it in the documents which was in front of him. "Yes." Bai Xue put the tray on the desk and came to his desk to start looking. She wanted to find it soon, so she could leave here early, but because she was too anxious, she accidentally knocked over the coffee which was on the desk. She exclaimed! "I am sorry !" Damned! She made trouble again! She didn't thought so much,and hurriedly caught the coffee cup by hand, and the freshly brewed coffee spilled on her hand. It was really hot! But still made Wu Yang’s table dirty. Bai Xue couldn’t care for that her white hands was burned. She quickly took a facial tissue and wiped the table. She apologized again. "President, I am not careful, I am really sorry!" Fortunately, coffee was just sprinkled on the table and the president was not hurt. The president had a great social status, and if she hurt him, she would be killed. The imaginary storm did not happen, Wu Yang put down the contract and looked at Bai Xue. She hung her head and tried to conceal her panic. Suddenly, he looked at the scene and found that she was hiding her hands behind her. He got up and yanked her hand. "What happened to your hand?" Before Bai Xue answered, Wu Yang took her to the president's personal washroom, and use the cold water to help her cool the burnt parts. His hands were large, it made Bai Xue’s hands smaller that it was. Bai Xue wanted to take back her hand, but he was refused to let that go, he helped her cooled her hands gently and carefully. "Well, it's not very serious. How can you stop it by hand! Use some scald cream later." He finally let her go. He didn't expect that the little white hand which looked white and tender was very rough actually. Did she live very hard? Bai Xue lowered her head, and the lashes reflected on her red little face. Her heart beat faster. "President,I am really sorry, I will go and give you a another cup." "Okay." He glared at her face with a blue voice. She left the office like a rabbit who escaped from the hunter. After coming out of the president's office, she was relieved, fortunately, he was not angry. Soon, she came back and carefully placed the coffee on his hand and handed the information over. "President,This is the information which you want." Wu Yang looked at her hand and meditated for a moment, "Put it here!" "President, in fact, I still have one thing to ask you, why did you ask me to do the eva project? It’s so important." "Oh! Do you mean that you think you can't do it?" Wu Yang threw down the information which was in his hand, and his gaze flashed,he raised his eyebrows and look at Bai Xue.  "I have just gotten this job, and I am still a newcomer."  "Don't say so much, just tell me, can you do it?" Wu Yang whispered.
