Although Thaddeus Zheng had an astonished gaze, Nash Lin's expression did not change in the slightest.
As if the dangerous and shocking scene that made one's blood surge had just been a spring breeze that brushed past, it did not receive much attention.
The tea was blown to just the right temperature by the strong wind.
Nash Lin held the teacup and gently sipped the tea as he brought it to his mouth.
The tea entered his throat, leaving a fragrant taste on his lips and teeth.
"Good tea!"
Nash Lin exclaimed in admiration.
Hearing Nash Lin's voice, Reese Dong, who was pinching her earlobe and trembling, suddenly fluttered her eyelashes, opened her eyes a little in fear and confusion, and secretly got hold of the situation.
The teardrops in her eyes revealed that she had been scared to tears.
When she saw Nash Lin sitting quietly and sipping tea, her eyes suddenly widened.
Upon seeing the morning tea shop in disarray and Blood Wolf at the corner, who was unsure of to be dead or alive, her beautiful eyes seemed as if they were about to pop out of their sockets, her mouth agape.
She pointed at Nash Lin, full of disbelief.
"You, you, you, you..."
She wanted to ask Nash Lin how he did it, but her tongue was so shocked it was tied, and she couldn't utter a complete sentence.
Nash Lin, however, frowned.
"What 'you'? Call me master!"
It was unclear whether Reese Dong was more frightened by the recent scare or by the impact of the scene before her, but Nash Lin's words now seemed to carry an extraordinary power, with an imposing manner that felt irresistible.
Her tears which had just stopped a while ago, suddenly fell again.
She lowered her head and said in a wronged tone, "Master..."
Nash Lin put down the teacup, propped up his legs, leaned back in his chair, and spoke indifferently.
"Today, the maid’s performance is poor. You talked back to your master, didn't open the car door, didn't check the location, and you startled the master with your overreactions. Go back and copy the British Royal Family's Maid Etiquette Standards ten times and recite it to me for inspection tomorrow.
Moreover, tomorrow I want to eat century egg and lean pork congee."
Reese Dong listened and was somewhat dumbfounded, her eyes filled with confusion.
Was it really the time to be saying these things?
And what are these British Royal Family Maid Etiquette Standards?
To have her copy and recite them for ten times?
I'm only your maid for half a month, not a lifetime, are you trying to train me into a professional?
Thinking this, Reese Dong suddenly felt a bit angry.
She pursed her lips and retorted.
"If I can't recite it, are you going to beat me?"
Upon hearing this, Nash Lin raised an eyebrow, "How did I not think of that? Then bring a small whip tomorrow, and if you can't recite it, you'll be spanked!"
Reese Dong was on the verge of crying from anger.
She felt extremely wronged.
Humiliated and angry!
"I..."
She had just spoken a word when Nash Lin waved his hand.
"Go back!"
Tazz Qin immediately made a gesture of invitation, with Reese Dong left feeling wronged.
After she left, Nash Lin raised his hand and commanded coldly, "Drag him over here!"
"Yes!"
Tazz Qin bowed in response and strode towards Blood Wolf.
Seeing this, Thaddeus Zheng no longer held any hope of luck.
So Tazz Qin truly was Nash Lin's subordinate.
Such a formidable and strong person was under Nash Lin, so what was Nash Lin's true status and position?
Thinking of his previous confrontations with Nash Lin at the auction and just now, Thaddeus Zheng felt an involuntary chill surge through his body, a shudder from the depths of his soul.
He fell and sat down hard on the ground.
And Tazz Qin paid no attention to Thaddeus Zheng at all.
He carried Blood Wolf with one hand, dragging him on the ground step by step towards Nash Lin.
The imposing Blood Wolf now looked no different from a dead dog.
"Thud!"
Tazz Qin threw him heavily on the ground and stood behind Nash Lin.
Nash Lin sat on the rattan chair, looking down at Blood Wolf from above.
"Who sent you?"
Blood Wolf remained silent, his eyes fixed dead on Nash Lin, then spoke reluctantly with discontent.
"With such a subordinate, you're definitely not the useless brat they described you to be. Who are you? What's your identity?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Tazz Qin's eyes suddenly turned icy.
He stepped forward, his five fingers suddenly clenched into a fist.
A crushing punch, like a cannonball, smashed viciously into Blood Wolf's cheek.
"Ugh!"
Blood Wolf's nasal bone was broken by Tazz Qin on the spot.
Blood splattered everywhere.
He clutched his face and wailed non-stop on the ground.
Nash Lin showed no change in expression, he sat quietly on the rattan chair, watching everything, and spoke slowly.
"I'll ask you one more time, who sent you?"
His voice was calm, without any fluctuations.
Yet, it was terrifying!
Blood Wolf's entire body broke out in a cold sweat, engulfed by an overwhelming sense of danger, like being wrapped in the sea. He knew he had to speak, or his life would be over.
He hurriedly spoke with a trace of panic.
"It was the Wang family. The Wang family hired me to kill you."
The Wang family?
Nash Lin's eyes grew colder.
First, Ethan Wang made a move on his own sister, then he showed off in front of me at the welcome party, and now they've sent someone to kill me?
The Wang family is truly seeking death!
Murderous intent surged within Nash Lin.
Seeing Nash Lin's silence and the growing chill, Blood Wolf thought Nash Lin was displeased with his lack of clarity and wanted to kill him.
He quickly spoke up.
"It was that old man, Castor Wang, who hired me to kill you, saying it was to avenge his grandson..."
Blood Wolf spilled everything about how Castor Wang plotted and why he wanted Nash Lin dead.
Knowing the whole story, Nash Lin's gaze turned even colder.
He looked at Blood Wolf with disdain and uttered three words.
"Kill him!"
"Yes!"
Tazz Qin responded solemnly.
Upon hearing this, Blood Wolf's face changed drastically.
He cried out in panic, "You can't kill me, I'm from Killing Hall. If you kill me, Killing Hall will never let you off."
Killing Hall is a haven for assassins, shrouded in mystery, no one knows where its headquarters are, nor how many top assassins are within.
The only known fact is that the top ten assassins on the South African hit list all come from Killing Hall!
There was no exception!
And an assassin like Blood Wolf, who ranked within the top hundred, he would only be considered a lackey in Killing Hall.
However, Blood Wolf had connections in Killing Hall, and was not those of low status.
That's why, even after being partly demolished by Tazz Qin's punch, his first reaction was to question Nash Lin's identity rather than to beg for mercy.
But Tazz Qin simply ignored him.
He grabbed Blood Wolf by the hair with one hand and dragged him outside.
Blood Wolf kept shouting in terror.
"You can't kill me, if you do, Rawson won't let you off..."
The voice faded into the distance.
After a moment.
Tazz Qin returned as if nothing had happened, spotless and without a trace of blood.
He bowed slightly to Nash Lin.
"It's done!"
Nash Lin nodded and stood up, straightening the wrinkles on his clothes, and spoke indifferently.
"Prepare a spirit tablet, and bring his head to the Wang family!"
With that, he walked towards the door.
A chilling intent filled the air!
