"Sis Maple, what's happening?" William, who was enjoying a hot dog, looked at Maple's grim face and asked.
"Xandra has been captured!" Maple said in a low voice.
"What? I'll inform Aiden immediately." William was so startled that his hot dog dropped to the ground. He quickly took out his phone and called Aiden.
After all, he knew that Xandra was Aiden's bottom line.
"Oh no, Aiden's phone is off. It's okay; I have other ways to contact him." William hurriedly opened WhatsApp.
Just now, Aiden was with them.
However, he had been called back by the beautiful class monitor Cecilia, who said she wanted him to sign a share transfer agreement.
William had added contacts for almost all the female students, except for Cecilia.
So, he had to ask other female classmates if they had Cecilia's contact information.
"Bro William, are you missing me?" The voice of a well-endowed female classmate rang out charmingly.
"Nonsense, do you have the class monitor's contact information? Quickly give it to me!" William demanded.
"Cecilia's? I don't have it," the well-endowed female classmate said. She did have it but didn't want to give it to William.
"Bro William, why are you looking for Cecilia? Am I not pretty enough?" The well-endowed female classmate's voice became more and more alluring.
Hearing that she didn't have it, William directly ended the WhatsApp voice call and called another female classmate.
However, the result was the same. They claimed not to have Cecilia's contact information.
They had it but didn't want to share.
This made William extremely anxious.
Fortunately, Maple had other methods. She found Cecilia's phone number through company information.
But Cecilia's phone was also turned off!
"Why are both of their phones off?" William was like an ant on a hot pan.
"It's okay; I'll send someone directly to Cecilia's company. I'll go to the Xu family first. If you're afraid, don't follow." Maple said in a solemn tone.
"I'm not afraid!" William immediately responded.
...
"You said we were going to sign a share transfer agreement?" Aiden looked at Cecilia with some confusion.
Cecilia had said they were signing a share transfer agreement, but she brought Aiden to the school.
"The share agreement is in the company. The secretary will bring it over shortly. Would you mind accompanying me for a walk around the school?" Cecilia stood at the school gate, hands behind her back, tilting her head as she looked at Aiden.
Her lovely cheeks looked exceptionally attractive under the sunlight.
She had taken off her high heels and switched to a pair of white sneakers, and her hair was tied into a ponytail.
At that moment, Aiden felt like he had gone back to being seventeen or eighteen.
Back when everyone was so innocent.
Unlike now, where everyone was driven by self-interest.
Sometimes, for the sake of interests, people could even betray their bed partners.
Back then, a simple handhold felt like a lifetime.
Cecilia was still beautiful, and the school was the same school, slightly renovated but not much changed.
However, the youth had forever slipped away.
Aiden nodded and followed Cecilia as they walked towards the school.
However, the school didn't allow them in.
They were stopped by a security guard.
"Sir, we're both students of the school and want to go in for a look," Aiden said to the security guard.
"Students, show me your student IDs," the security guard squinted and said.
"We were students here before."
"No student ID, no entry!" The security guard insisted.
"In that case, you go tell the school leaders that I want to donate a million dollars to our school," Aiden suggested after some thought.
He figured a donation should get them in, right?
"Even if you donate ten million, it's none of my business. Like I said, to enter the school, show a student ID or a teacher's ID!" The security guard said and closed his eyes, seeming uninterested in the two.
"No problem, I've got a plan," Cecilia said, pulling Aiden away.
Cecilia took Aiden to a spot under a fence and then turned to him, saying, "Aiden, let's climb over this fence!"
"I'm not sure that's a good idea," Aiden said, swallowing nervously.
"Now you know it's not good. When we were in school, you and William used to skip class by climbing fences no matter how much I scolded you!" Cecilia chuckled.
"We were young and not very sensible back then," Aiden awkwardly scratched his head.
"Aiden, come here," Cecilia patted the fence and said to Aiden.
"Why?"
"Of course, you lift me up. I'm just a girl; how can I climb such a high fence?" Cecilia seemed excited.
Since her school days, she had been a well-behaved girl, excelling in both academics and conduct, never doing anything mischievous.
But now, in the adult world, she realized it wasn't as simple as she thought.
For example, that business partner she had trusted so much ended up betraying her.
"Class monitor, are you really going to climb?" Watching Cecilia looking eager, Aiden was a bit stunned.
"Yes, yes, Aiden, come over and help me!"
So, Aiden willingly squatted down, allowing Cecilia to step on his shoulders.
"Higher, a bit higher, okay, I'm going up!"
"Aiden, I'm up, now it's your turn!"
"Alright."
Just as Aiden had climbed over the fence, the security guard came running toward them with a rubber baton.
"What are you doing?"
"Oh no, the security is coming, run!" Cecilia grabbed Aiden's hand, and they bolted.
Familiar scenes came into view, full of memories.
After running for a while, they hid beneath a ping-pong table.
Cecilia, with less stamina, panted heavily, and tiny beads of sweat appeared on her stunning face.
But despite her tiredness, her face was filled with happiness.
This was the first time she had done something naughty from childhood to adulthood.
Unexpectedly, it was quite thrilling.
"Aiden, do you remember? After school every day, you and William used to come to escort me. You even claimed I was the girlfriend of both of you. Whoever dared to make a move on me would get beaten up."
"I thought you two were joking, but you actually did beat someone up. We got reprimanded by the school. After that incident, not many guys dared to write love letters to me. It did make my life a bit quieter."
"You and William had such a good relationship. But, Aiden, if I had agreed to be the girlfriend of one of you back then, would you two have become enemies?"
"Uh, about that... We were just fooling around back then, never thought about what would happen if one of us actually got you." Aiden scratched his head.
"So, you two were chasing me just for fun, not because you liked me?" Cecilia pretended to be angry.
"Liked? Of course, we liked you. Almost every guy liked you back then," Aiden said.
"And now?" Cecilia turned her head, looking at Aiden with her beautiful big eyes.
