"You're also Grand Masters?" Azure Dragon and Rosefinch were surprised.

The auras of Echo and Isla, though at Master level, emitted an icy chill, akin to the touch of death.

"Candice, you've kept this well hidden, having Master-level warriors to protect you?" Saxon was somewhat taken aback.

He looked at Echo and Isla, then said in a solemn tone, "As long as you agree to follow me, regardless of the conditions Candice offers you, I'll triple them."

Swoosh!

Echo and Isla didn't respond. They went straight into action, swift and fierce, closing in on Azure Dragon and Rosefinch, each throwing a punch at them.

"You're asking for death!" Azure Dragon sneered. His bones crackled, and in an instant, surging inner power drove a punch towards Echo.

In a surprising turn, the punch seemed to pass through Echo's body, landing empty.

"What?" Azure Dragon's eyes flashed with astonishment.

"Not good!"

He swiftly turned around, only to find Echo had appeared behind him like a ghost, delivering a powerful punch. It struck Azure Dragon's chest with a crisp sound, and he coughed up blood.

Bouncing back several steps, Azure Dragon's face grew serious. "Shadow Mirror Technique. Who is the Old Ghost of Shu Province?"

"Azure Dragon, sir."

Saxon's eyebrows twitched, unable to believe that Azure Dragon had been defeated.

Meanwhile, Isla displayed incredible strength, her speed unmatched, pressing Rosefinch back step by step.

"Such formidable techniques. With your strength, you could become generals if you joined the army for the country," Rosefinch suggested, looking at them.

"Not interested," Isla replied coldly.

"Get lost!" Echo spat out.

"You!"

Azure Dragon's face turned ashen. He exchanged a glance with Rosefinch, realizing they wouldn't be able to take Candice away today. With a resentful snort, he turned and left Emperor Hotel.

Saxon, with a grim expression, left after delivering a final harsh comment.

Echo and Isla turned and left, disappearing into the lobby.

When Saxon chased after them, Azure Dragon and Rosefinch were already seated in their car. Once Saxon got in, he noticed that both of them looked a bit pale, as if they'd sustained internal injuries.

"Uncle Azure Dragon, Aunt Rosefinch, are you hurt?" Saxon was astonished and somewhat surprised.

"In a battle between Master-level warriors, victory or defeat can be determined within a move or two. We were defeated just now," Azure Dragon breathed a sigh of relief.

"The person's techniques were elusive. They're likely a disciple of the Old Ghost of Shu Province. He... is he alive?" Rosefinch's expression was incredibly solemn.

"The Old Ghost of Shu Province. Who is that?" Saxon's eyes flashed with confusion.

Azure Dragon and Rosefinch exchanged a glance, falling into a moment of silence.

After a while, Azure Dragon finally said, "He's a formidable figure, elusive and mysterious. Fifty years ago, he stirred up quite a commotion in Long Country, offending many influential figures. Long Country even sent three hundred thousand troops into Shu Mountain, but they couldn't find him."

"What? Three hundred thousand troops couldn't find one person?" Saxon gasped, still young and unable to remain composed in the face of such an astounding fact.

Three hundred thousand troops!

That was three hundred thousand troops.

"We must report to War God immediately. Candice may be related to the Old Ghost of Shu Province," Azure Dragon furrowed his brows.

Rosefinch said in a grave tone, "The Old Ghost of Shu Province hasn't been seen for fifty years. Everyone thought he was dead. Now, suddenly, two masters appear, seemingly disciples of the Old Ghost of Shu Province. Candice just returned from Kunlun Mountain a little over a year ago. Could it be... the Old Ghost of Shu Province is in Kunlun Mountain?"

"Stop speculating. Report to War God immediately," Azure Dragon shook his head, closing his eyes to meditate for healing.

Saxon's brows furrowed. This matter was probably not as simple as it seemed.

He hadn't anticipated that someone as seemingly inconspicuous as Candice had such a significant background.

"It seems I need to inform him. The woman he fancies doesn't seem like an easy catch," Saxon thought to himself, revealing a faint smile. "A rose with thorns can be tricky."

"Bravo, Sister!"

After Saxon and the others left, Samuel walked out with a thumbs-up.

The coldness on Candice's face vanished, replaced by a gentle smile. She went up to Samuel, took out a handkerchief, and wiped his mouth, saying, "Look at you, eating like that. You didn't even clean the oil off your lips."

"I was just worried about Sister," Samuel laughed.

"You saw everything?" Candice asked.

"I saw. The two attendants of the 96th senior let you bring them down the mountain," Samuel nodded.

Candice sighed, "Ah, if only I had your martial prowess. Why would I need them? You're the formidable one, inheriting the 96th senior's legacy. You might even be more powerful than Echo and Isla."

"Uh, I'm not sure," Samuel replied.

Candice's eyes shimmered, constantly sizing up Samuel.

This junior of hers had displayed astonishing talent back in Kunlun Mountain.

Among the 99 masters in the mountains, all were vying to take Samuel as their disciple. In the end, none of them could convince the others, so they collectively decided to teach him. This led to Samuel's incredible achievements today.

"Just how advanced is his martial arts?" Candice wondered. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity as they rested on Samuel.

"Junior, what's your current level?" Candice asked.

"Sister, I don't know," Samuel replied.

"Do you think you've reached Grand Master level?"

"I don't know. I've never encountered a Grand Master."

"Regarding Azure Dragon and Rosefinch earlier, if you went all out, how many moves do you think it would take to defeat them?" Candice asked, curious.

Samuel pondered for a moment, seriously considering the question. After a while, he finally said, "Considering their average skill level, if I went all out... I could probably knock them out in one punch."

"Pfft!"

Candice staggered, almost falling.

"Sister!"

Samuel quickly supported her, asking with concern, "Sister, are you okay?"

"Cough, cough, cough..."

Candice's eyes were filled with shock. She said, "Junior, are you sure? These are two of the top experts from the Dongnan Province Military District."

"Azure Dragon, a Major General, a Master of martial arts."

"Rosefinch, a Brigadier General, a Master of martial arts."

"You think you could knock them out with one punch?"

"Yes," Samuel replied matter-of-factly.

Candice's eyes were a mixture of surprise, and astonishment, and finally transformed into a richly indulgent look. She teased, "You're quite the freak!"

"Beep, beep, beep!"

Just then, Candice's phone rang an incoming call. She pressed the answer button, her expression fluctuating. "What? Our home..."

"Alright, I'm on my way."
