Far away in Jing City, Jonathan was discussing the expansion of the Emperor Palace with Nicholas and Aaron when he suddenly sensed an extremely intense and powerful wave of heat.

As the master of Earth, he could directly sense anything happening anywhere on the planet. He immediately focused his senses, but the wave of heat vanished as quickly as it had appeared. When Jonathan calmed his mind to sense it again, it was already gone.
