Living towards death

The Qin family mansion does not cover a large area, but apart from the four buildings inside, most of the area from the gate all the way forward is occupied by a garden full of plants.
There are lush green vegetable gardens, grasslands with cattle and sheep, and clear, man-made streams.
These landscapes make the Qin family mansion look like a park rather than a large family home.
