Chapter 1831: Hidden Forces

A middle-aged man's voice sounded from Frank's phone.

Frank glanced at Mateo. Then, he switched the phone to speaker mode and asked, "Who are you?"

"Where are the goods?" The person on the other end continued.

Frank took a deep breath. "My man is in your hands. You need to ensure he's fine, and your goods are at the inspection center. I think this is a misunderstanding."

"Stop with the nonsense!" The other person cursed, "I just want the goods!"

Frank spoke again....
