Chapter 14: Stan Judd, We Met Again

Three days later.

The Judd family reserved the top floor of a five-star hotel in Yanjing. Generally speaking, people would place the wedding photo and signs at the door of the hotel. However, Judd family was so abnormal and low-key that the guests didn't feel any happiness until they got out of the elevator and arrived at the door of banquet hall.

Jocelyn followed Morrison family to get out of the elevator, while the servant beside pushed Arthur's wheelchair.

She looked at the entrance of the banquet hall which was not far away. There, the figure in the tuxedo slowly came into her eyes, which was becoming clearer and clearer just as she had been familiar with before.

"Grandpa, Aunt Morrison, we have been looking forward you for a long time."

At the moment when she looked at Stan nearly, Jocelyn was still stunned.

It was the first time she had seen the man she had loved for three years from an outsider's point of view.

A tailored black tuxedo was very delicate and the lily and the label written on "groom" were decorated on his chest. She remembered clearly that the dress was customized for him personally in Italy when the two decided to get engaged.

Thinking that, Jocelyn sneered.

His fiancee had just died for such a short time. Stan was busy with marrying another woman. She had thought that he loved this woman very much. However, he didn't even spend the time customizing a new dress. It was ridiculous to marry to another woman but wear the old clothes.

After greeting the Morrison family, he finally looked at Jocelyn and then he was confused, "This is..."

Jocelyn married Arthur three years ago and they just met once at the wedding ceremony. And then she was imprisoned soon. It was understandable that Stan didn't remember her.

Julia sneered, with her eyes full of contempt, waiting to see Jocelyn's embarrassed look.

In fact, Stan had guessed the identity of Jocelyn from their hesitant expression of Morrison family. Immediately he was regretful that he had made such a mistake.

The reason why Morrison family could be powerful and influencial in Yanjing for so many years, lied in that all the family members were cautious in their words and deeds. Realizing that each person beside her had different thoughts, Jocelyn sneered and then extended her hand to Stan generously.

"Hello, we should have met once at my wedding. Mr. Judd is still as handsome as you were three years ago. Today it is your wedding and you are full of happiness and energy."

She looked generous and graceful, without any sense of embarrassment. She slightly raised her chin when speaking, which made her more noble so that no one dared to laugh at her.

Not only Stan, but also the members in Morrison family were stunned.

It had been accepted that the eldest daughter-in-law of Morrison family was cowardly. She used to tremble when she greeted people outside. Now after she was imprisoned, she had been so different.

Stan was also stunned for a moment. He just felt that her eyes was very familiar inexplicably when Jocelyn looked at him, but he had no time to think deeply and hurried to answer the question.

"I'm awkward. I'll punish myself with a glass of wine to apologize to the sister-in-law."

His greeting cleverly concealed the embarrassment just now. Before entering the door, the old master of Morrison family nodded slightly towards Jocelyn to show the appreciation in his eyes.

Jocelyn smiled lightly and nodded her head as a response. She looked back at Stan unconsciously at the moment of lowering her head, and then she clearly looked loneliness.

Sitting in the wheelchair, from his point of view, Arthur saw every change of Jocelyn's expression. When he saw this, he looked confused and grim.

The wedding was very simple, even without swearing part and band playing. The host announced that it was time for exchange of rings. Then that was going on quietly.

Jocelyn stood in the crowd. And her mobile phone was running video recording mode. In the picture frame were Stan Judd and Monica Tours who were exchanging rings on the stage.
