I remembered the situation at hand and rushed to the backyard, looking for Sarah. Thankfully, she was with Lucas laughing at something he said and punching his shoulder a little too hard. Sarah was way too tough for him.

"Sarah, I need to talk to you. It's important."

Her smile was replaced with a frown "Is everything alright?" She asked as she followed me upstairs.

I didn't answer. I just walked to my room and opened the door, to find Beth laying on my bed, grinning...
