In a dark room Ekansh is sitting alone. No one is here for him. Or it's like he has shut everyone down. Life is not a bed of roses that he understands very well. If you will hurt someone you won't be able to be happy as well. He thought that Khwaish is the one who doesn't deserve him but now he understands that he doesn't deserve her. She is too pure and good to be with him.

Where he is a devil she's an angel. He can't help but feel jealous of his own twin. Who has khwaish? He knows how much his brother loves her and now she also loves him. He was an idiot who let her go. Who tried to kill her. He could not gather the guts to confess to her his sins. Her care and love make him feel more guilty.

He can't forget that unfortunate day when he met with the accident.

After he got his senses he was informed that his face is ruined and body is paralysed. His world crashed down. His family was there for him. Mostly khwaish was crying her heart out but there was no sign of Laisha. He thought she would be the one crying but it was khwaish.

His accident wasn't that serious but how he got paralysed was the doctor's question as well.

After one week he was discharged from the hospital. In that time span Laisha only met him 3 times that too for 5 minutes. It was Khwaish who was there for him. She didn't leave him.

When he came to his house he got another shock. Laisha was leaving the house and she has applied for divorce as well

"What is this Laisha? How can you do this?" Ekansh asked her

"why not? I'm still beautiful and young. And you? You have lost everything, your face and your strength. I don't want to be with a paralysed man for the rest of my life, I will take the alimony and set my life far away from here. " Laisha spat at him

Her words hit him hard. He never thought that Laisha would do it. Now he understands what kind of girl she is.

"But didn't you say you love me? It's you because of whom I was ready to kill khwaish, the girl who loved me without any demand," Ekansh said

"don't you dare to say that. It's you who couldn't bear her presence. It's you who wanted to get rid of her. I only helped you with nothing else. And what do you think? I love you that too, an idiot? Never ever I Was with you for my own benefits why didn't you die instead of getting paralysed? '' Laisha said

Laisha took the divorce papers and took his thumb impression on it. As he can't sign. Ekansh was numbed hearing her words.

"you know what loving a girl like you was my biggest mistake. I should have never ran behind you, I regret my decision to be with you and try to kill and innocent soul like khwaish " Ekansh said

"Well if you didn't shut up then I will tell everyone in your family about your little adventure. Think what will they say? What will Khwaish think? That her oh so loving husband tried to kill her? Tsk tsk Ekansh you know you're the biggest fool here. Who can't even chose the right thing in his life they deserve to be treated like this, "Laisha said smirking

" Where are you going, Laisha? "Khwaish asked as she came with soup for Ekansh

Ekansh didn't look at her. He was feeling guilty for trying to kill her

" I'm leaving him khwaish he don't want me in his life nor I want him, " Laisha lied

" what are you saying? He loves you and you're his wife. How can you leave your husband when he needs you?" Khwaish asked her

"Listen khwaish I have my own life I can't waste it for him. He had nothing left in his life but I have a long life ahead. So please let me leave," Laisha said

Khwaish placed the soup bowl aside and joined her hands

"Laisha please don't leave him, he needs you. I didn't leave him for this day. I give you my husband the person I loved most. How can you do this?" Khwaish said

"Please khwaish don't create this drama. I can't be with him" Laisha said

Khwaish suddenly hugged her tightly and said "if you want to go I won't stop you but I must say you will regret it,"

Laisha rubbed her hand where she felt something weird. She didn't pay attention to Khwaish and left.

"I'm sorry Ekansh. I could not stop her. But I promise I will be there for you. I will take care of you as your sister in law. Because now I can't leave Sanket. He really loved me and somewhere I also loved him. If I left him now for you then it will be selfish of me. "Khwaish said

" don't worry khwaish I won't ask you to come Back. Maybe it was our destiny." Ekansh said sadly only he knew what kind of destiny it was.

From that day he shut himself from others except khwaish. He only talks with her. She brings food for him. And help him in his daily life.

He only waits for her to come. She spends time with him and it's what he enjoys now.

The door slightly opened as Khwaish came inside. She didn't make any noise to surprise him.

"Where were you? I was waiting for so long but you came late," Ekansh whined like a child.

"huh? How did you know it's me? How always do you know it's me?" Khwaish asked him pouting

while coming with food and she switched the lights on.

"because I know your every step and smell well. Now come on let me talk to my niece and nephew." Ekansh said indicating to her baby bump by his eyes

"yes sure. Your niece and nephew is kicking the hell out of me." Khwaish said and sat on the bed to feed him

First she makes him sit properly so he can move a little Now. It's 2 years from that incident.

Khwaish feeds him and they talk.

"you know Mishika is also pregnant with triplets. Can you believe it? Or mishu is going to be a mother," Khwaish said and Ekansh smiled brightly

"wow my little sis will be a mother. It's great news." Ekansh said

He hasn't met her after her marriage that happened 6 months ago. He never leaves his room.

"now I'm going to take rest my back is killing me, I will come back after some time," Khwaish said and got up placing her hands on her 5 months baby bump

She is pregnant with twins that's why it's bigger than it should be.

Ekansh only can smile sadly and imagine if he hadn't pulled the stunt he did then it would be his child inside her womb she would have still been his wife not his brothers.

Khwaish entered her room and sat on the bed. She saw the album of their childhood.

She lay down on the bed and opened it. She was watching her and Ekansh pictures with a bitter smile.

Sanket came inside to see his wife again watching the pictures.

"what is my babies and baby mummy doing?" he asked her

"both are perfectly fine, tell Us about you," Khwaish said

"I'm also fine, khwaish don't you feel tired of this? From past two years you're doing it," Sanket asked her

"what I'm doing Sanket?" Khwaish asked him

"you know what you're a great actress, why are you even here? You should work on films," Sanket said

"I'm not an actress Sanket not good like your brother. I am showing what I feel for him pity and sad. No matter how much he broke me but still I feel for him because he got his punishment. And I give him his punishment. First I thought that God would give him punishment but then I realised that the satisfaction I will get from punishing him by my own I won't get it. So I took the charges in my hand. "Khwaish said with a smirk on her face

" you're such a devil you know, " Sanket said

" who made this angel a devil?" Khwaish asked him

" I know it's me who told you to do it. But you never said you will give him this punishment. "Sanket said

" he got what he deserves for killing my heart And trying to kill me, "Khwaish said

Sanket knows where this conversation is going so he decided it's better if he leaves her now.

Once he left khwaish again look at the picture.

" Why did you hate me so much? That you were ready to kill me? I was your best friend ain't I? What did I ever do to get this much hatred? If it wasn't Sanket and Mishika I would have been dead by now, if you had told me once that you didn't want me I would have never married you. But what did you do? You married me, you took my virtue, you played heart, you slowly poisoned me to kill me then how can I leave you without any punishment? I'm not a Saint if I can love you then I can take my revenge from you for hurting my love. "Khwaish said and thought about the time when she got to know about it.

Khwaish has left her all hopes day by day it was getting more horrible for her to see her family like that.

One day Mishika came to her crying.

" hey Mishu what happened?"Khwaish asked her

" bhabhi you're not ill. You are poisoned. Ekansh bhai poisoned you. I heard him talking with Laisha on his phone. He didn't see me. I'm sorry, "Mishika said and it's like someone snatched the ground beneath her

She didn't believe what she heard.

" no it's not possible he said he loves me then why? "Khwaish asked

" I don't know bhabhi but I told it to Sanket bhai as well he has arranged a new doctor for you. It's my fault I should have said to you that Sanket bhai loves you. If you have married to him then this would not has happened to you,"Mishika said again dropping a bomb

Khwaish was in utter shock. The man whom she loved didn't love her. And whom she thought only her friend loved her this much that for her happiness he never confessed his love to her.

She was very broken. She didn't talk to Sanket about it. Sanket took her to a doctor and she said that khwaish is slowly poisoned and it's going through her skin.

Khwaish remembered the perfume and she gave it to sacker to test it and the reports were clearly showing that it was poison.

The doctor started her treatment and assured them that she will live.

Khwaish was so heartbroken that she didn't want to leave. If he wants to kill her then let it be. She tried to kill herself but Sanket saved her.

"what were you thinking huh? You're ready to kill yourself for that bastard? But you're not ready to live for me and our family? You love him that much that no one else matters? What will happen if you die? He will live with that gold digger Laisha He won't get the punishment for breaking your heart. For trying to kill you. Do you want him to be like this? Stay free after committing these sins? If yes then go and die but remember after you I will also come to die,"Sanket said as tears came from his eyes

Khwaish listened to him carefully and she thought he was right. Why should always a girl suffer without even her fault? She has more reasons to live but to die only one. She thought about Sanket and his love. How much blind and unfair she was towards him.

Anger and guilt filled her heart.

"you're right I won't die or cry for him. I will punish him in his way. Tit for tat. I'm sorry for not thinking correctly that morons don't deserve my love. We all have heard that love heals but now everyone will see how love kills." Khwaish said

After this she made a plan. Getting him married and giving him the perfume that has a drug that slowly makes human nerves weak. It can make a person paralysed.

Marrying Sanket was her decision because she already has hurt him enough. While staying with Ekansh she has hacked his phone. She can hear everything on the phone and the normal talks he is doing to others.

Through it she got to know his thoughts about her. If she was hesitant to do this to him now she is no more hesitant.

The accident was unplanned; it wasn't her fault.

Some said God will punish a person for his sins for sure but when a person punish someone for the sin he or she committed against them

His face got ruined by the accident and his paralysed state has nothing to do with the accident.

She knows that Laisha will leave him now and how can she forgive her as well? So while she hugged Laisha for a long time she silently injected her with a virus that made her body look like a monkey.

She was too self centred and had pride for her beauty which can be a better punishment for her.

Now she looked like a monkey.

She is with Ekansh to make him see what he missed by losing her. She took care of him with her heart because still in all this he was her best friend whom she loved once..

He got his punishment and It was enough for her.

After a few months she also started to fall for Sanket. Love has no boundaries or time limit. After her heart break it was not easy for her to lone someone again but she did and now she is happy with family husband and Her twin children

Manasvi's father finished the story.

"so my dear kids never ever hurt the one who loves you. Because if love heals then love also kills. Sometimes it kills your body, sometimes it your heart. And when the killed and hurt love come back it's most dangerous thing " he said

All were listening to him carefully. The girls had tears in their eyes.

"that bastard deserved death he don't deserve to be treated well by khwaish," Aashi said

"I agree," Manasvi said

"but mamu I didn't understand one thing," Aayansh asked

"what?" His uncle asked

"Why did you use all of our family members' names? And Ekansh mamu is also paralysed. Is it a real story?" Adyansh asked Sanket

"what? No it's not actually I forgot the characters names and it's just a Coincidence nothing else. Do you think it is real?" Sanket asked

They all nodded.

"then I'm successful in it. I'm a good story teller." Sanket jokes

"now you all go to sleep it's late night," Mishika said

They all nodded and went to their rooms.

"Why did you tell them this story, Sanket? They don't need to know about our past." Khwaish said and Mishika noded

"I didn't tell them that it's true. I just shared It as a story that will help them in future. Now come on don't waste time you have to check on Ekansh as well if he need something or not," Sanket said

"yeah that's true. They should know if love heals then sometimes love also kills." Khwaish said and left to check on Ekansh if he is OK or not
