Natasha POV

My breath stuck in my throat when I listened to the dangerous voice that I had ever heard.

It was filled with authority and darkness which was ordering me to comply with his orders or the consequence would be worse.

With trembling hands, I closed the door and kept the bag down at the side of the door.

I took some steps toward the living area and switched on the lights. Instantly, the room got filled with lights instead of cold darkness.
