Chapter 16 Regret it

Wu Shao had already pulled me in his arms and lowered his head to kiss me on the forehead, he then said to me gently:“I’m so sorry that I make you feel so wronged!”
Hearing this, Lili stared at Wu Shao and said to him:“brother, I’m your financee! How could you speak for her!”
“What are you talking about?” there’s sense of danger in Wu Shao’s eyes now. He then added:“Xiaoxiao is my loving woman, but you’re nothing to me!” Wu Shao said with his lips hooking up a bit, he then clenched my hand and took me to leave.
I was still in a daze when he took me outside of the villa, seems Wu Shao only took me as a sheild to make his fiancee be angry. I finally knew that Lili’s Wu Shao’s fiancee.
Suddenly, I felt so regretful than ever. What did I just do? As the saying goes, it’s better to tear down a temple than to ruin a marriage, but I actually played the third part between them, wasn’t this what I always hated?
I so wanted to slap me hardly right now, but it’s too late to be regretful. And I didn’t realize what trouble i would have for the things i did today.
“Where’s your phone?” Wu Shao reached his hand to me.
I shaked my head, because my phone was dropped at family Li.
Wu Shao took a look at me, he actually wanted to transfer me money, but my phone was not here at this moment, so he had to take out a thick bundle of bills from the car.
“I wanted to transfer you money at first, but your phone is not here now, so I have to offer you cash, but I don’t have much, if you’re not satisfied, I can add more to you later.”
Wu Shao threw that thick bundle of bills at my legs and said casually:“it’s a reward for you.”
Hearing this, I threw the money back at his chest and said in an angry tone:“you never said you wanted me to do this!”
Wu Shao then replied me with a strange look:“what? Too few?”
“No!” I screamed, tears suddenly filled in my eyes:“as the saying goes, it’s better to tear off the temple than to break up a marriage. You should know that I hate to be the third part, but now you made me just be the one, I hate you, I won’t want to see you again!”
I was then ready to push open the door, but Wu Shao had already held my arms.
“Wait!”
Maybe my angry look made him feel a bit shocked, so he felt no any angor but frowned there. After seconds, he then said:“you don’t need to blame yourself, I never admitted that girl to be my fiancee, it’s just her father and my mom’s thoughts, I get to say who I will marry, no one can influence my choice!”
He then paused for a while and added again:“yes, I know I’m a bit mean, I apologize to you now.”
I knew what he meant just now, he said sorry to me was because he didn’t tell me the intention of being here today. He just used me.
What could i say? I came to him also for some unspokable reasons, besides, he’s Wu Shao, the one who had so much power in hands, but now he said sorry to me.
“It’s okay, it’s my fault!”
To be honest, it’s me who came to him first so that he could use me as a sheild, so what could I blame for? This was all my fault.
Wu Shao then stayed silent there, he drove the car slowly first, then sped up off the affluent neighborhood.
Wu Shao’s phone kept ringing on the way, he took a look at the number first and then hang up the call directly. His eyebrows became tighter and tighter, I then guessed the call probably would be his mom or his grandpa.
He dropped me off at the apartment and then left. When I walked inside of the room, I noticed Jiayu was thinking of something with hands putting below his chin. I then got worried about her and sat besides her. “what’s wrong? Something happened at work?”
Jiayu nodded, I then noticed the gloomy look on her face.
“Did Wu Zhihai’s mom pick on you?” I suddenly asked her, because I knew from my instinct that Wu Zhihai’s mom could be so evil sometime.
Jiayu smiled and said to me with confusion:“his mom said that my plain look would influence their family genes, she emphasized that appearance is very important in today’s society, and she also added that I cook bad meals.”
Hearing this, I felt so shocked. How could such a mother-in-law exist in this world!
Jiayu indeed could not cook good meals, but with the money she made, she surely could hire a nanny at house, besides, it’s so common for young couples to eat meals on the outside a day. So this was not even a problem at all, Wu Zhihai hadn’t say a word, now how could his mom be so picky! What’s more, couldn’t Wu Zhihai cook the meal a day?
I couldn’t agree with her words at all, how could she say Jiayu’s ugly? Though Jiayu’s not the kind of girl who could impress a person at first sight, she’s definitely not ugly. People would find her to be a very gentle kind girl after they spent sometime with her.
Was Wu Zhihai’s mom blind? Besides, Wu Zhihai’s handsome? Come on, he’s just the normal type. Ordinary look, flat wisdom, and his vision was far beyond his ability. Well, it’s only my view, I didn’t know how could Jiayu fall in love with him. But since he’s Jiayu’s cup of tea, I couldn’t say these words out.

I then nodded. “he still has some conscious.”
The day soon passed, on the second day in the morning, I came again to that express company for the money they owned me the last two monthes. It’s about 4500 yuan. For me, it’s actually a lot of money, I cannot let it just hit the water. The fat boss got red face immediately the minute when he saw me. “You shameless bitch, how dare you come here again? I’ll let you see how will I punish you?”he then rolled up his sleeve and wanted to take the revenge on me for the kick i gave him before.
Those employees were not knowing what happened between us and all looked at here.
I then curved the corner of my lips and laughed sarcastically. “what? Are you afraid everyone not knowing the thing happened last night? Well, I’ll tell you guys, last night, you wanted to take advantage of me but then got kicked from the bed by my one foot, so you feel angry and refuse to pay me salary.”
