Chapter 4 The Shooting Star Fist.

by Madman 11:04,Sep 12,2020
Lou stepped back a little and grinned, “But don’t worry, Lance, I will try not to hurt you.”

Lance Loong glared at him. Normally, as a man who possessed no fighting techniques, he should still suck it all up like what he used to do, but with two dragon-veins broken through just now, he couldn’t depress his fighting will anymore.

“Lou, I’ve had enough of you, you want a piece of me? Come on!”

While Lou didn’t expect him to be so uncompromising today, and he was going to threaten again but Lance charged to him with Chi bursting out all of a sudden.

“So what you’ve reached the stage of dragon-veins!? Now that you’ve started this, don’t blame me for hurting you!”

As a man stuck in the second stage for more than two years, Lou’s Chi was dense, so instead of dodging the attack, he stepped forward and threw a punch to Lance’s fist with a roar.

Bang!

Their fists hit each other and Chi caused a blast pushed both of them backward.

Feeling the force taken on his hand, Lou was shocked, “The second stage! You fucking asshole!”

Lance also was sent back, “Lou broke two dragon-veins as well, and his Chi is quite equal to mine, but he’s much more experienced, if it takes too long, I will be defeated for sure! But this is my first fight! I must not fail! Not even I die!”

Lance’s eyes went blood-red as he was trying to find a way out.

Suddenly, a rock at the size of a fist caught his eyes, and that was when an idea came into his mind.

He moved his eyes right away and glared at Lou, “Lou! You’re good, that’s true, but I’m better! Take my punch again if you dare!”

He then controlled all the Chi inside his body to throw one more punch at Lou who also burst out Chi and charged toward Lance.

Thud!

Lance was sent flying away and fell on the ground!

“Useless, both you and your father! As I said, don’t blame me, you asked for it, Lance!”

Seeing Lance fell on the dirt, Lou thought he was stronger and laughed out loud.

Having jumped to his feet, Lance charged to Lou once again with one of his hands in his back, which Lou didn’t notice.

“Ha! Again?”

Lou was going to confront him head-on when Lance suddenly threw a black object through the hand on his back, and it flew so quickly that before Lou could realize what it was, it already reached his forehead!

“What...”

Having no way to dodge it, Lou covered his face with both arms in a hurry, bursting Chi as well to protect himself, but out of his expectation, when the object finally hit him, it barely caused a pain.

Lance, on the other hand, approached him already and used all the strength and Chi to kick hard on Lou’s stomach. Lou was kicked flying much more further than Lance did, and he finally fell after crashing a tree.

“You...” Lou looked at Lance with his astonished eyes before spitting blood.

“Huh? Louder, please, I can’t even hear you.” After seeing that Lou lost the ability even to stand up, Lance relaxed and sneered, “Oh, right, you insulted and spit on me, didn’t you? Let’s see, what about I seal your mouth so that you will never insult anyone anymore!?”

Hearing his words, Lou was so horrified that he looked at Lance, trying to beg for mercy, but Lance didn’t even give him the chance.

One kick, and there it went all Lou’s teeth.

Before Lance could celebrate his revenge and first victory, a wave of fierce wind was blowing toward the backside of his head.

“Die!”

Lance turned around in a hurry, and it was Zhan Yang whose fist was already too close to dodge.

He could tell that if he was hit by this punch, he could say goodbye to all his teeth, but there was nothing he could do about it.

Lance gritted his teeth and this helplessness, together with the rage inside him now could almost swallow him alive.

He was done with this kind of life. The life being treated as a stinky pig!

He swore that he would seek his revenge!

“Why could he punch me without even asking? What if I’m much stronger than him? Even if with a powerful father, will he dare to attack me if I’m stronger? Fuck, fuck, fuck! If I’m the stronger one, then it should be me who attack him!!!”

The punch that was about to hit him was like a fuse leading to the feral nature of Lance.

Suddenly, the wind stopped.

Tien Yang, the father of Zhan and the second son of Lance’s grandfather, grasped Zhan’s arm and stopped him.

“Zhan, do you forget what I taught you? How can you lay hands on your cousin?” And then, Tien turned to Lance, “Hmm, you finally reached the second stage. You came to learn fighting techniques, right? Go if you want, but be aware, my father was there, cultivating, you will be punished if you disturbed him...”

And then he just left with Zhan without a second glance at Lance.

When they walked into a corner, Zhan could not help but ask, “Father, he hurt Lou, why don’t you allow me to give him a lesson?”

“Stop making fun of that loser, at least, he’s your aunt’s son, don’t treat him like an animal.”

Zhan was not convinced at all, “My aunt again...so what she reached the eighth stage of dragon-veins, aren’t you going to break eight veins, father?”

...

Looking at the backs of them, Lance clenched his fists.

“Don’t fall, Zhan, don’t fall...” He calmed himself down and pushed the stone gate open.

Lou who was still lying in the dirt was carried by the maids sent by Zhan after a long time.

Lance walked to the tower and looked up, “There stores the first fighting technique.”

He then moved his eyes to a cabin on the side where lived his grandfather, and under his watch, the library of the Yangs was well protected.

After entering the tower, Lance passed the hallway to some bookshelves where the books recorded the fighting techniques of the Yang family were well-organized.

For the people who broke through the first three dragon-veins, normally, the primary fighting techniques of yellow rank was enough. As for the intermediate and advanced ones of yellow rank, they were for those who reached higher stages.

“I’m only at the second stage of dragon-veins, so I could only choose from the primary ones of yellow rank.”

Lance moved to the section of primary fighting techniques of yellow rank, and he took out a book called the Fierce Tiger Punch.

Within a quarter, Lance put the book down.

“Why is it so simple?” When he read the Fierce Tiger Punch, Lance could understand a paragraph with almost one glance.

If there wasn’t a rule requiring that no men were allowed to use fighting techniques in the library, he would just use it.

“But if I’m a genius, I could find it many years ago, so there’s only one possibility left...”

The dragon-shaped jade.

“Except for Chi, it also improved my brain and mind...”

He moved to the intermediate sections of yellow rank after several other primary books, and he saw one at once.

The Shooting Star Fist.

“... the body was the space, the fist was the star, heavy like a mountain, and flash as the lightning...”

“I remembered that the shooting star fist was one of the best in the intermediate ones, but I don’t think it’s too difficult, while the primary ones I’ve remembered quite a lot, and this time, I’ll copy this one...”

The fighting techniques of the Yangs were not allowed to take out of the library, but copying was fine.

After half an hour, Lance finished and put the book back.

“I’ve already understood it during the copying...hmm, I’ll practice it after returning.”

Having made up his mind, Lance left the library, and when he was going to cross the gate, an old voice appeared in his ears from nowhere.

“Destroy it immediately upon the completion of cultivation, anyone passes on will be killed!”

Lance looked around and didn’t found anyone, so he nodded his head in a hurry, “As you command, grandfather.”

He then left.

Inside the cabin, an old man opened his eyes, “I thought this kid might be a promising talent, but he was so over-ambitious...just like his father...what a pity."
