The bell crickets are singing, marking the beginning of summer.

Meanwhile, my mind is drifting off in a complete, trance-like state. Alas, a newly appointed seat for me after the new semester was tucked away at a corner of the classroom- a gentle spot where the wind blows kindly against my cheek.

"Jeon Jungkook! You're first place." the replacement teacher exclaims, and it seems to garner a weak reaction. It was as if it was meant to be. Ughh...
