"Sir?" Ayesha said, pushing the door slightly.

"Ayesha, do I need to remind you that I hate being disturbed in between my work?" Dr. Biswas was observing something through his microscope.

Ayesha was expecting this kind of response from him. She had been working with Dr. Biswas as his assistant for a long period of time. He gave her a list of works on the day of her joining to do daily, and one of them was to keep him safe from social gatherings, and unwanted conversations.
