Alexander Xu shrugged nonchalantly and sat back down, smiling at Daniel Song. He taunted, "Commander Song, don't forget, your daughter's bodyguard almost killed me! If I'm not mistaken, intentionally inflicting serious injury is also a punishable offense, isn't it?"

"Do you really want to execute me, Commander Song?" Alexander asked, half-squinting his eyes with a sinister smile.
Daniel Song, a military commander of high stature in the Southeast, was furious that Alexander dared to address him so disrespectfully. "Whether you are executed or not is not for me to decide. Let the military court judge you," he retorted.
That sounded good – let the military court judge. But in reality, wasn't the military court under their control? It seemed Daniel was intent on taking his life. Alexander was about to teach Daniel a lesson but then remembered something. He pointed to the phone on the desk and calmly asked, "Do you mind if I make a call?"
"Go ahead, call your father for help. Your Xu family doesn't have that influence!" Daniel knew the Xu family was just a business family, insignificant in the eyes of people like him.
Ignoring Daniel's scornful smile, Alexander picked up the phone and dialed a number.
Daniel watched curiously, wondering what trick Alexander was trying to play.
The call connected quickly, and a commanding voice answered, "Who's that?"
Hearing the voice, Daniel was stunned. It was unmistakably the voice of his father, Matthew Song!
Daniel was shocked. How did Alexander have his father's number, and why was his father personally answering? The usual calls were answered by his father's confidential secretary or guards.
The only people who knew his father's cell phone number, besides those bigwigs, were a few children and grandchildren of the Song family. He wondered if Chloe had told Alexander the number, but that seemed impossible.
"It's not important who I am. The important thing is, Master Song, do you remember the promise you made on March 13th?" Alexander spoke calmly.
As a "Law Enforcer," Alexander had helped many, including Matthew, who once owed him a life-saving favor. As gratitude, Matthew promised to help him once, as long as it didn't harm the country.
"I remember. What do you need assistance with, sir? I will do my best," Matthew's voice came through the phone, filled with excitement.
Three years ago, while inspecting the Northwest Military Region, Matthew was attacked by a group of unidentified armed men. The guards around him were nearly lost against an enemy several times their size. Just when he thought he was doomed, a masterful rescuer appeared, saving him and eliminating the attackers.
Matthew, having seen many skilled fighters, was astounded by the rescuer's level, believing even the elite "Dragon Group" would be no match. That iron-blooded tactic and cold attack still lingered in his mind.
The rescuer only identified himself as Huaxia People and asked for nothing in return. To show his gratitude, Matthew offered a promise to help in a matter that wouldn't harm the country.

The call ended abruptly.

Listening to his old man's roar, Daniel Song held the phone in his hand with a dull look on his face, paused for two seconds, and then said unwillingly to the phone: "But... Dad, this bastard almost raped Chloe..."
"I say it again, release the person opposite you immediately! If he loses a hair, you are the only one I will ask! Also, apologize to him!" Matthew's words were full of unquestionable flavor, and he hung up after he finished speaking.
Daniel Song stared blankly at the phone in his hand. When he came to his senses, he could only put down his hand in despair. His mind was filled with his father's roar.
