Kim threw the third skirt across the bedroom landing precariously on the side of the bed. Nate didn’t even look up from his laptop as she muttered, “Why are my clothes not fitting?”

Nate knew better than the answer such a heated question, “You look really hot in the red dress with the zipper on the side,” he ventured.

Kim cast him a scathing glance, “I can’t wear red to my sister’s wedding.”

Nate wasn’t sure what was wrong with wearing red but...
