Bradley Ye reminded, “Grandma, since Lorcia has secured the project, shouldn’t she be appointed as the company's director?”
Old Lady Xiao raised an eyebrow, pondering.
She had indeed promised the position to whoever secured the contract.

Old Lady Xiao continued, “Even if the chairman doesn’t come, inviting Tolina Wang is significant, as she is the second-in-command at Emgrand.”
Lorcia Xiao, pondering, hesitantly replied, “I understand, I’ll try…”
“It’s not about trying! You must make it happen!”
Lorcia Xiao nodded, then quietly asked Bradley Ye, “What if the chairman or Tolina Wang refuses?”
Bradley Ye chuckled, “Just try. Maybe they’ll agree once you call.”

Bradley Ye, as her husband, thought attending to support her was a good idea.
