Alex Lu lost track of time as soon as she chatted with the little girl, and she suddenly felt that it was wonderful to watch the child eat. How wonderful would it be if her own daughter was here too? Alex would be accompanying her to watch cartoons and all kinds of plays, instead of living like a walking dead every day, as she did now.

"Auntie, you're beautiful. How about you be my mom?" The little girl asked innocently.

The question, though, really made Alex unsure of how to answer....
