CHAPTER 55

I downed both glasses of champagne once I was inside. About twenty people sat in the living room mingling and wondered why I looked so angry. It was a petty reason, really, but I just hate being embarrassed like that. And most of the times I have been embarrassed have involved Sebastian.

Just my luck.

I heard laughing coming from the front door, and as it grew louder and louder I recognized it.
