Chapter 7

Cali's POV

"Hey..."  a smile automatically escaped my lips at the sound of his voice. 

My back was facing him and I felt his arms wrapped around my waist. 

"Yah, they might see us," I whispered before turning around, my cheeks getting red as I felt him kiss my forehead. 

Ge'ez. 

I felt my stomach now churning. Just the way his hands touched my skin gives me shivers throughout my body. He was addicting, and so was his touch.

Scratch that. Everything about him was addicting. His smile, the way he looks at me, the way he calls my name...everything. He's just so perfect. 

"I don't care if they see. They can't say a word anyways," he chuckled and my hands automatically reached to hug him too. 

It's not like we're not seeing each other often coz we do, in secret but seeing him always gives me warmth and comfort. 

Whenever he's with me, I feel like everything will be okay. 

We just came back from Japan and imagine our surprise after finding out Seth and the rest of SHADOW are outside our dorm. Storm didn't even tell me. 

Zanaya and Seth, I knew something was up when the later showed in front of our doorstep that one-time Zanaya was sick. 

"Did Seth tell you?" I asked and he looked at me sweetly. 

"No. We just caught on after Zanaya's niece came to our fan meet," he whispered and I just hummed in acknowledgment. 

We don't really know what's with the two but I am in no position to meddle. Especially when even I haven't been sharing my deepest secret with them. 

"I miss you, Chu..." he whispered and I smiled, my eyes locking with his. 

"I miss my Storm-chi even more," I giggled.

Just then, we both heard the sound of people chattering and in a flash, I pushed Storm away and he grunted at my action. I smiled sheepishly and he just let out a sigh.

"Sky stop following me," we heard Raze protesting and I almost laugh at Sky's response. 

"Raze, did you see how Max glared at me? I don't like to stay there. I feel like she'll attack me any minute,"

"You stole her GUCCI, Sky. Give the woman a break - ah, oh gosh!" Raze hissed when he saw both Storm and I. "You two scared me. Hey, Storm! What are you doing here? You're not scaring Cali, are you?" Raze glared at Storm and I stifle a burst of laughter. 

"Raze, I'd do anything but scare her. Besides, I don't think Cali would be scared of me, right?" he teased and I saw how Sky's eyes widened. 

"Woah, you're teasing someone outside SHADOW, and a girl?" he spouted and Storm just shook his head. 

"What are you two doing in the kitchen anyway?" he asked, his arms crossed over his chest and I can't help but noticed his muscles which are showing on his arms. 

"Storm, this is where we can get water," Raze gagged as if Storm is stupid and I laughed. They look so adorable. 

"Uhuuu, Cali is laughing," Sky pointed and I covered my mouth in embarrassment. 

"Stop embarrassing her. Get your water and let's go find Seth," Storm instructed and I was surprised to see that even Raze follows even the age gap. 

Soon enough, all four of us were back in the living room. 

"Where's Seth?" I heard Storm asked and everyone pointed their hands towards Zanaya's room. 

"Ooh, they sure work fast," Mono joked and I glared at the man. 

"Just kidding," he pouted and I grin. 

"Come here," I saw Storm mouthing, instructing me to sit beside him. 

I wet my lower lip in nervousness but realized no one was paying attention so I followed what he said and sat beside him. 

"Don't you think we should be calling them out? I mean, I don't know..." Raze pouted and I wasn't really sure how to react. 

To be honest, I'm not really sure how to react with the two. 

"We can try to listen to them, right?" Demo grinned and I wasn't sure if that's a good idea. 

But the moment I saw Sky and Demo locking eyes with each other, I knew the two is up to some trouble.

"Don't mind them," Storm whispered and my cheeks blushed a little. Suddenly, I felt his hand over mine and I cough in surprise. 

"Cali?" Max asked in concern and I gulped, my hand immediately putting a cushion to hide our intertwined hands. 

"It's nothing," I smiled but Max raised her eyebrows. Among the girls, Max was the most attentive, mostly because she's the overprotective type. And that fact made me nervous. 

It'll be bad if Max catches on. Seeing Zanaya is probably in a relationship with Seth, I'm sure Max will be all over the two. Zanaya is like our baby. Even though Tokyo is the youngest, their age isn't really that far off. 

If Max ever sees Zanaya cry because of Seth, I can easily see how Max will react and that I'm starting to be scared. 

"Just then, I heard my phone beeping. With my free hand, I pulled out my phone in my pocket. I had to bite the side of my cheeks to keep myself from smiling. 

Gi-chikun: I forgot to tell you that you look even more amazing today. My girlfriend is so beautiful.

I gave him a glance and saw him smirking, his phone on his other hand too. 

This flirt. 

Me: I know. You're lucky I even said yes to you.

I saw how he smiled at my response. 

It was an inside joke that we had. He'd often tell me how beautiful I am and I'd tell him how lucky he was I even spare him a glance. 

Gi-chikun: I feel honored to be this lovely and ethereal girl's boyfriend. And I will be even happier if I get to get a kiss,

I had to stifle laughter at his silliness. 

Me: Well, let's see. You might get one if you behave really well today, Mr. Michaels. 

I was startled when he immediately responded. 

Gi-chikun: Yes, boo bear. Save that kiss coz your guy right here is always behaved. 

"Yah, come back here you two," we heard Raze calling Sky and Demo. 

Soon enough, every one of them including Storm gathered outside Zanaya's room to pull the two. Storm had to stop them after I insisted and we all gasped when the room accidentally burst open

My eyes closed at the sight of them, the boys and even Storm were entangled together. 

These boys, I wonder what other mess will they bring to our life in the future. 

But of course, as long as I have Storm, I don't actually mind.
