Victor wielded all his power; he had to find the whereabouts of the Palace Master's daughter within a minute.
"What?! Palace Master's daughter has been kidnapped??"
"Since when does Palace Master have a daughter?"
The news quickly spread to the border, and the four envoys were astonished and, more importantly, thrilled to learn from Victor that the Palace Master had a daughter.
Palace Master's daughter, the princess of the entire Annihilation Palace.
"Damn! I want to see which trash dared to kidnap our little princess. Western Territory soldiers, follow me into Jinghai!" In the video, Brian, the Nation's Defender of Western Territory, was furious, his beard flying, and he was raging.
Kidnapping Palace Master's daughter warranted wiping out the entire family; anything less would not suffice for revenge.
"Brian, don't be impulsive!" Derek, the Nation's Guardian of Northern Territory, hurriedly advised.
They knew Brian's temper well; if he went, Jinghai would be turned upside down.
"Brian, the Palace Master hasn't given orders. We can't act without authorization." Seth, the Nation's Stabilizer of Southern Territory, added. He also wanted to march into Jinghai immediately and personally dismember the one who kidnapped the princess. However, without the Palace Master's command, no one could act independently, or it would be a violation of military orders.
"What time is it now? Still, caring about military orders? I can't control that many." Brian said, boarding the Black Hawk Helicopter and starting the engines.
"You fool, Palace Master has reasons for not giving orders. If you act recklessly and something happens to Palace Master, if anything goes wrong with the princess, you'll be to blame!"
Wesley, the Nation's Protector of Eastern Territory, instantly calmed Brian down with a single sentence.
But even though he was calm, the princess was kidnapped, and her fate was uncertain. How could he endure it? The fire of anger in his heart had already ignited.
"Damn! Damn! Damn!" Brian pounded the helicopter with his fists.
"Damn! I'm in a terrible mood! Derek! I heard you found Japan's dozen or so warships near Golden Fish Island in the Northern Territory. I'm going to wipe out that garbage now!"
Brian, after speaking, started the Black Hawk Helicopter and sped towards Golden Fish Island's waters, the sonic boom echoing in the sky.
In a private hospital on the outskirts of Jinghai.
"Bro Tim didn't expect this girl to have the rare Rh-Negative Blood." A young doctor excitedly looked at several bundles of hundred-dollar bills in front of him.
"Damn!"
The yellow-haired Bro Tim slapped him, "Look at you, so useless."
"What's so special about this girl's blood? The organs in her body are the focus."
"Hurry up, get ready. We've already contacted the next buyer; all that's left is our organs. Once the organs arrive, we can have a crazy celebration tonight."
On the operating table, a girl with a pale face and extreme weakness struggled to open her eyes.
She was Zoey, Fernando's daughter.
"Mom, I'm sorry. I can't be with you anymore." Zoey whispered in her heart, exceptionally sensible for her age of six.
"Please make sure to eat on time in the future. When I'm gone, don't work so hard to earn money for my treatment."
"Dad..."
"I haven't seen you yet? You must still be alive, right?"
"How I wish to see you once..."
Tears kept falling from her eyes.
Not seeing her dad was the most regrettable thing for her.
Watching the surgical knife approach, Zoey slowly closed her eyes.
"Bang!!"
A loud noise and the door of the room instantly shattered.
The sudden sound frightened both of them. Zoey's hand trembled, and the surgical knife cut into her skin, but no blood flowed out.
"Ah!!"
The scene inside the room drove Fernando momentarily mad.
Roaring to the sky, he threw a punch, and the yellow-haired head exploded, brain matter mixed with blood splattering the entire room.
The young doctor was so scared that he sat on the ground. Even as a doctor, such a bloody scene made his stomach churn, and he vomited on the spot.
"How dare you touch my daughter, Fernando!" Fernando's war god aura was released, eyes filled with rage.
The young doctor's ordinary physique couldn't withstand it. He crashed into the wall, rebounded, knelt on the ground, and spat out a mouthful of blood.
"Sir, I just drew a bit of her blood. It's... it's them who told me to do this."
"Where is my daughter's blood?" Fernando suppressed his anger; the urgent matter now was to save his daughter.
The young doctor knelt on the ground, trembling uncontrollably. "Sold... It was sold. Rh-Negative Blood is exceptionally rare..."
"Go to hell!" With these words, the young doctor spewed out another mouthful of blood and slowly fell to the ground, his internal organs completely shattered.
Fernando quickly grabbed a blood vessel needle from the side, one end plunged into Zoey's neck, and the other into his artery.
"Palace Master!" Victor exclaimed in shock.
Fernando paid no attention, watching the fresh blood flow slowly into his daughter's body.
The young doctor had just mentioned that his daughter had the rare Rh-Negative Blood, the same as his blood type. This was his daughter, Zoey.
He felt that they looked so alike.
Fernando gazed at her in his arms, a rare smile appearing on his face.
Ten minutes later, Zoey slowly opened her eyes.
"Da... Daddy, is it you?" Zoey's weak voice came through.
Countless times she had embraced her father's photo before falling asleep, and her father's appearance was deeply etched in her mind.
"It's me, Zoey. I'm your dad," Fernando cried tears of joy.
" You are daddy? Am I not dreaming?" Zoey struggled to raise her hand.
Fernando gently held his daughter's hand and brought it to his face.
"Wow, I'm not dreaming! It's Dad! Dad! Cough..." Feeling the warmth in her hand, Zoey joyfully exclaimed.
But she had lost too much blood, her body was too weak. After a severe coughing fit, she passed out again.
"Zoey!"
Fernando exclaimed, then held his breath and increased the speed of blood flow in the blood vessels.
"Palace Master!" Victor anxiously said. According to his estimate, the Palace Master had already lost two thousand milliliters of blood.
How could Fernando not know? He felt a deep pain in his heart. These scum, they wanted to drain his daughter's blood!
"Victor, find out for me. I want these people to know the consequences of messing with Fernando's wife and child," Fernando spoke with an unusually calm tone.
"Yes!"
Victor shuddered all over. The calmer the Palace Master's tone, the angrier he was.
The sky in Jinghai was about to collapse.
Time passed second by second, and Fernando's face gradually turned pale.
He couldn't use Genuine Energy to heal himself because it would flow into his daughter's body with the blood vessels, and her small body couldn't bear it.
"Zoey!"
Ella stumbled in, rushing to her daughter and crying uncontrollably.
"It's okay, don't worry. Zoey just fainted temporarily due to excessive blood loss. She'll wake up soon," Fernando reassured.
Looking at her still-unconscious daughter, Ella covered her face and cried in pain.
"Miss Gu, I'm sorry. This apology comes too late."
"From now on, everything you and your daughter have suffered in these seven years, I, Fernando, will compensate doubly." Fernando's gaze was sincere, with a hint of tears in his eyes.
After that night, he never expected Ella to get pregnant, let alone give birth to a daughter.
Unmarried and pregnant, how much pressure would it bring to this mother-daughter pair in society, especially since Ella was originally the heiress of the Gu Family? These prominent families placed great importance on reputation.
He owed this mother-and-daughter pair too much, far too much.
"No need!" Ella's tone was extremely cold. "You saved my daughter, and we're even now. From now on, you are you, I am me, and we owe each other nothing."
Fernando was about to say something when he suddenly felt dizzy. He quickly bit his tongue hard, a mouthful of blood filling his mouth, stabilizing his body.
It was only now that Ella saw the two connected by blood vessels, blood slowly flowing into their daughter's body.
Her heart was incredibly complex.
She hated the man in front of her! Hated him for ruining her innocence, for ruining her entire life.
Yet, this man she despised to the core was now risking his own life, drawing his blood to save her daughter.
For a moment, she forgot that Zoey was also Fernando's daughter, their shared daughter.
"Mom..."
A weak voice came as Zoey slowly opened her eyes.
"Zoey, how are you?" Ella hurriedly asked.
"Zoey feels much better. Mom, look, Dad's back." Zoey pointed at Fernando, her face adorned with a sweet smile.
Ella froze, her face suddenly cold. Without saying a word, she snatched her daughter from Fernando's arms and held her tightly.
"Zoey, he's not your dad. Your dad is already dead."
"Mom's lying, Mom's lying! I've seen Dad's picture at home; he is Dad." Zoey cried out, too young to understand the complexities between adults.
"Zoey, be good. You're still very weak now. Mom will take you to the hospital." Ella lifted her daughter and headed towards the door.
"Mom, will Dad come too?" Zoey looked at Fernando, reluctance in her eyes.
Ella remained silent.
"Don't worry, Zoey. Dad will come. You listen to Mom now. Dad will come find you later," Fernando assured.
Hearing Fernando's words, Zoey snuggled happily in her mother's arms and fell into a sweet sleep.
Watching the lonely and frail figures of the mother and daughter leaving, Fernando felt even more guilty.
He understood Ella's feelings at this moment. The wounds of seven years were not something that could be resolved in an instant.
Now, all he could do was compensate, compensate doubly.
