Cathy stood there in surprise

Mila had seen her mother bring other man home when Matt Spenser on business，so she was stimulated and could no longer speak.

This was why Matt Spenser insisted on the custody of the children.

After knowing the truth, Cathy was more protective for her.

Just she was not busy recently, after the consent of Matt Spenser ,she directly carried her to her company to teach her reading.Matt Spenser picked Mila home in the evening.

At first Mila was a little timid.Cathy often encouraged her, so she gradually became bold. She would smile at others, write beautiful words, and write "daddy". Her father was too excited to say something when he got the paper.

After Cathy took Mila to the company, she suddenly remembered that she was going to New York to negotiate the contract

However, Matt Spenser went to the airport half an hour ago. He needed to go on a business trip to a foreign country. Cathy didn't know when he would come back.She was too embarrassed to ask her colleagues to take care of Milla, so she took her to talk about the contract.

Chicago to New York was very fast, half an hour by plane.

LT Company sent someone to pick up Cathy. They sent them to LT Company directly .

"Miss Lawson, our boss’s plane is late and we are not sure when it will arrive. If he can't come back in the afternoon, we will have to ask you to stay in the hotel for one night."

"It is OK."Cathy smiled.

As a giant in the investment industry, the office building was of course in the golden downtown of Chicago, and the surrounding buildings seemed to live in the shadow of Wealth Center, which was gray and pale.

The man who leading Cathy answered a phone on half way. It seemed that he had urgent matter so he entrust her to reception desk, then left in a hurry.

Cathy leaded Mila into the elevator.

There were a lot of people in the lobby, coming and going, she seemed to see Tyrone , wearing a black suit, always looked strict , but eyebrows and eyes were warm and moist.

His ring finger seemed to be wearing a platinum ring, the light outside the window shone on his ring. It's dazzling. As the elevator door closed, Cathy was still stiff, as if the blood of the whole body was frozen.

When she got married, she picked a ring, Tyrone was not willing to receive it and said didn't like these things. Cathy had no choice but putted a ring on her finger alone.

At this moment, Cathy felt her ring finger wearing the diamond ring was very hot, almost scalded her skin.

Cathy said gently: "Excuse me, is your boss called Tyrone Raman ?"

"Don't you know?"The front desk was surprised. "I thought you checked our company's information before you come here."

Cathy looked at herself through the elevator silently .

She knew her husband was an investor, but never thought he was so rich. His company was so powerful. All she knew was his name and where he lived.

Someone led Cathy to President Office, said: "Our boss is still on his way, but his assistant is here, you can talk with her."

At President Office, she opened the door.

Cathy stepped in high heels, saw a shadow leaning on the office desk .She is putting a ring on her finger, the smile on her face was bright and beautiful.

The ring, the style seemed to be the same as that worn by Tyrone .

“This is Cathy Lawson from Vanten Technology Company .”

"I've seen her."Marian Johnson was not surprised, stood up and walked over: "Miss Lawson , long time no see."

Cathy was very calm, stretch out a hand to shake hands with her,"Tyrone sent it to you ? It's very pretty. It looks good on your hands."
