It was hard lying to Gabe about what I m feeling but then, as I sit comfortably on the couch with his head settled on my lap, I'd rather do it this way than risking him walking out on me.

I am still not sure about his sincerity towards me and every time he does something extraordinarily chivalrous, making me weak in the knee - I stop and think. I hate to presume about things that will not necessarily come true but knowing Gabriel and his ostentatiously gallivant behaviour...
