Chapter 1 The Loser Sean Han

by Jue Ren 16:53,Dec 10,2020
"Young Master, you must go back with us. The Han Family needs you to preside over the overall situation."

"Your father is critically ill, and your brother is in jail. Now only you can support the Han Family."

"Your grandmother ordered us to take you back."

At the ZT Street, Y city, Sean Han, with a gift box in his hand, looked indifferent. The clothes he wore were brought from the roadside stalls.

"I don't know how to say sweet words to please her since I was a child. She loves my brother very much. Grandma was afraid that I would take away the heir to the Han Family, so she kicked me out of the Han Family.

I've been married to the Su Family for three years and suffered a lot. However, the Han Family has never cared about me in these three years. It was she who forced me to leave the Han Family. Now she wants me to go back. Does she take me like a dog? I won't come when she calls.

I just want to be a loser now. Don't disturb me. Damn it."

Sean strode away, leaving the group looking at each other in dismay.

The Su Family was a second-class family in Y City. Three years ago, when Sean was down and out, the Patriarch Han asked her grandchild, Kelly Han, to marry Sean. At that time, the wedding shocked the whole Y City. Everyone was surprised that the young lady of the Han Family would marry a loser.

Only the Patriarch Su knew the true identity of Sean. However, two months after the wedding, Patriarch Su died of illness. Since then, no one knew Sean's identity, and everyone recognized him as a useless son-in-law.

In the past three years, Sean had been taunted and looked down in the Su Family. However, he was sadder for being kicked out of the Han Family.

Sean had already got used to being taunted.

Today was the birthday of Matriarch Su. Sean had carefully chosen a gift, which was not expensive. He knew that others would make fun of him, but he had no much money. That was all he could do.

As for what happened just now, Sean was calm and thought it was ridiculous.

His brother was a glib talker. Although his grandmother liked him, he was arrogant and domineering. Besides, he messed around with many women. Something bad would happen sooner or later.

Maybe the Han Family was over.

But it had nothing to do with Sean, who was an adopted son-in-law of the Su Family.

When they arrived at the Su Family's villa, a beautiful figure stood at the door, restless.

Kelly was so beautiful and outstanding, so her marriage with Sean became a joke to others. Although she married Sean for three years, they had never slept together.

Sean trotted to Kelly and asked, "Kelly, who are you waiting for?"

Kelly looked at Han with disgust and said, "Have you prepared the gift for grandma?"

Sean raised the gift box in his hand and said, "Yes, it took me a lot of effort to choose it."

Kelly was not so much as looked at Sean. Three years had passed, but she still could not figure out why her grandfather asked her to marry Sean.

What confused Kelly more was that before her grandfather passed away, he held her hand and warned her not to look down on Sean.

Kelly couldn't understand what was so special about this loser that her grandfather thought highly of him. If it weren't for the reputation of the Su Family, she would have divorced this loser.

"Don't talk nonsense later. All the relatives will be present today. They will inevitably sneer at you. You have to endure it. I don't want to lose face because of you." Kelly reminded Seam.

Sean nodded with a smile as if he didn't care at all.

Seeing the expressions of Sean, Kelly got angry. He had no background and was capable of nothing. He had never done anything at home except cleaning, washing, and cooking since they got married.

Sean was not dissatisfied with her attitude because the two of them got married without any mention of love. Besides, he was a loser in others' eyes. It was very unfair to Kelly, so he could understand what Kelly did to him.

The two of them walked into the living room. Almost all the relatives of the Su Family had been there. It was very lively.

"Kelly, you are finally here."

"Today is Grandma's birthday. Why are you so late?"

"Are you going to prepare some surprise for grandma?"

The relatives present greeted Kelly warmly, completely ignoring Sean.

Sean didn't care about it at all. It would be better that they all ignored him, in case someone would laugh at him.

However, there were always people who were dissatisfied with him. Kelly's cousin, Owen Su, would make things difficult for Sean and belittle Sean every time he met Sean. Besides, he often spoke ill of Sean in public, and he called Seam Abandoned Son-in-law first.

"Sean Han. is it a gift for grandma?" Owen looked at Sean with a smile on his face, ready to make fun of Sean.

"Yes," Sean admitted frankly.

Owen sneered, "What's this? Did you buy it from a roadside stall?"

Sean shook his head and said, "I bought it from a gift shop."

Although it was true, his words caused a burst of laughter. Kelly's expression froze. She didn't expect that she would be humiliated by Sean as soon as they entered the house.

However, Kelly didn't say a word when others mock Sean. She didn't take Sean as her husband and didn't care how embarrassed he was.

"Are you here to make fun of me? Today is Grandma's 80th birthday. Why don't you prepare a better gift?" Owen walked to the tea table in the living room, on which there were all kinds of expensive gifts, which were obviously very expensive. Compared with the gifts on the table, the gift that Sean prepared was nothing.

"Look at the Pu'er tea I brought to grandma. Do you know how much it costs? Eight hundred and eighty thousand." Owen said proudly.

"Haha, that's great." Sean glanced at Kelly, who had warned him not to talk too much, so he answered briefly.

Owen wanted to show off his superiority in front of Sean Han with his gift. He continued, "The residue of the tea is more expensive than your gift. Do you think so, loser?"

Sean laughed but said nothing. The whole living room was filled with laughter.

Although Kelly had made up her mind not to get involved in Sean's matter, Sean was her husband. Even if they had made love in the past three years, Kelly felt embarrassed when her husband was ridiculed by others in front of so many people.

"Owen, enough is enough. It's your business to have money. We don't care how expensive your gift is. You don't have to show off." Kelly said unhappily.

Sean looked at Kelly in surprise. It was the first time that Kelly had helped him in the past three years.

"Show off? Kelly, you are wrong. Do I have to show off in front of a loser? I just think that he doesn't care about grandma's birthday. And you, he doesn't respect our grandma and doesn't have money to give gifts. Don't you know to help him? Anyway, this loser is a gigolo. Or you don't care about grandma's birthday at all?" Owen sneered.

"You..."Kelly's face turned red. Her family had the lowest status in the Su Family. She couldn't afford a gift worth hundreds of thousands of yuan.

At this time, Sean suddenly stood up, walked to Owen, and smelled the Pu'er tea.

"What are you doing? This is a gift for grandma. You don't deserve to smell it." Owen said angrily.

Sean frowned slightly and said, "The older the Pu'er tea is, the more expensive it will be. But because of this, many vendors will cheat consumers.

There's raw tea and brewed tea in Pu'er tea. The tea in your hand is mainly green and dark green, so I can judge that it's raw tea. Raw tea has a unique taste that the brewed tea hasn't, but the newly-made raw tea has caffeine, harmful to health. But the content of the caffeine will be reduced if it is stored for a long time. The longer the time is, the less the content of caffeine will be.

But the tea in your hand is not stored long enough, and it is deliberately made old. It will harm health after drinking it."

I'm a jerk, but you bought a bad tea for grandma, and it will be harmful to grandma's health. Aren't you worse than me?"

Sean said loudly, pointing at Owen. The whole villa of the Su Family was silent!
