Chapter 011 Young Master Jiang Made a Move

When they reached the eighth floor and went into the medical department and saw Victoria lying on the patient’s bed, Robin’s lips twitched again. He turned his head and whispered at Jack, “Look at your boss. He has caused someone else’s daughter to become this way. I admire him, how much energy he spent?”

Jack went behind Robin, walked towards Oliver, and whispered, “Young Master Jiang, are you okay? Madam and I are very worried.”

Oliver sat there and stared at Victoria’s face. The rash had subsided a lot but the mark could still be seen. As he heard the noise from the door, Victoria frowned for a moment, she couldn’t sleep soundly.

When Oliver heard Jack, he turned his head at him and he’s about to stand up so they could speak outside. Victoria grabbed his hand and refused to let go, while muttering, “Don’t go.”

Robin was dazed thoroughly. It turned out Oliver didn’t necessarily sleep that Victoria turned this way. Now, he was acting as a woman’s bodyguard, wasn’t he?

Oliver leaned over and gently wiped her face with a towel. The fever had slightly gone down and Victoria let him go.

Oliver glanced at the young nurse beside. The nurse knew that he wouldn’t speak, and quickly said, “Don’t worry, sir. I’ll take good care of this lady.”

Only then did Oliver walk along with Jack and Robin out of the medical department.

“Young Master, before returning home, you should give a phone call to Madam. She’s very worried about you. She can’t eat well and can’t sleep soundly. The family doctor has been visiting several times.” Jack said.

Jack was surprised and looked at Oliver, “Does Young Master like her? What is her background? I’ll check it out.”

As soon as his professionalism as a secretary arose, Jack took out his iPad.

“Don’t---“ Robin was seized with a spasm of laughter and he reached out to block Jack, “Secretary Zhou, you don’t need to worry about this. Since your young master is making a move at her, she’s a good treasure. How could it be wrong?”

“Huh?” Jack didn’t understand what Robin meant.

Jack immediately ignored Robin’s irresponsible talk and Jack’s strict questioning. He took Jack’s iPad over and quickly typed a few lines with his fingers, “Robin will return to Jincheng first. Jack will stay. I still need to do something important.”

Jack was still in his suit and leather shoes, as he followed with his iPad in his hand, and asked in confusion, “Young Master, what are you doing?”

As he thought of the previous girl on the patient’s bed, Jack said, “ The medical department said that her fever has gone down and has already sent her to her room. We’ve done everything that we need to do. We don’t need to wait anymore, right?”

Oliver didn’t answer, but only typed on his iPad, “From now on, don’t need to take care of me anymore. Just pretend that you don’t know me. No matter what happens. Don’t interfere.”

Jack was dumbfounded while looking at his iPad in disbelief. But as soon as Oliver finished typing, he had walked away. Jack hesitated for a long time and didn’t know if he should follow or walk away obediently and really pretending not to know his boss.
