Chapter 14 The Future Mrs. Jiang

He left in a hurry as if he couldn’t stand her overbearing attitude. So what if he needed money? Maybe no one would do such an unequal deal.

5 million for a year of marriage? She was too confident, wasn’t she?

Victoria Tan’s mood was complicated, but she didn’t have any reason to drag Oliver Jiang back. She didn’t even know his name nor how to write it.

She only remembered the vague pronunciation read by the robot.

Therefore, Victoria Tan didn’t say a word. It was only a transaction. They would meet at Civil Affairs Bureau tomorrow morning by 9 AM. They had reached an agreement. So, there was no need to waste any more breath.

Seeing that the SUV was flooded by traffic, Oliver Jiang was so angry that he loosened his collar by force. He was suffocating that he didn’t feel like buttoning his collar at all. An indescribable emotion ran through his mind.

“Young Master, how did you get off here?”

Jack Zhou had been following Victoria Tan’s car closely fearing that Oliver Jiang would encounter another accident.

Jack Zhou asked while driving, “Young Master, where are we going now? Are we going back to the Jiang’s residence?”

Oliver Jiang was buttoning his shirt absent-mindedly. He typed on his phone and the robot said, “Prepare my personal material.”

“Eh? What for?” Jack Zhou asked.

“I’m getting married.” Oliver Jiang’s phone replied.

Jack Zhou messed up the driving for he was shocked. Oliver Jiang nearly bumped his forehead on the front seat.

He frowned. Today, two people around him had become bad drivers. They were so disappointing.

“I’m so sorry, Sir. Something’s wrong with my ears. Young Master, did I hear you right? Are you getting married? Seriously?” Jack Zhou repeated his question several times.

Oliver Jiang’s phone replied, “I don’t know about marriage procedure in China, but make sure to have my materials prepared before 9 AM tomorrow morning.”

“Oh.” he gulped and was speechless. After a while, he reacted, “What about chairman and madam?”

Oliver Jiang didn’t understand, “Do I need them to issue any material when I’m getting married?”

“No, Sir.” Jack Zhou sweated. This marriage seemed to be proceeding without the consent of all family members.

The son of Robert Jiang, the richest man in Jincheng and the CEO of Fenghua Entertainment, had not appeared in public. Even the media had not seen his face yet and the first major vent happened after returning home was his marriage.

Seeing that his boss stopped talking, he couldn’t help asking, “Who is our future Mrs. Jiang? Young Master, I need to be mentally prepared to face questions from chairman and madam.”

Oliver Jiang’s voice from the phone sounded very strange. It changed tone and sounded more electronic, “I don’t need to talk to them for the time being before I make it public. Listening the crying baby on the phone and the noisy running and talking sounds, Victoria Tan’s heart tightened as she smiled, “Michelle, I’m going to Jincheng. I have nowhere to go. So, please, let me stay, will you?”

“Did you go back to Jincheng already?” when Michelle heard this, she went to a quiet corner and lowered her voice, “Do you come back to attend Senior Lu’s wedding? The last time I called you, I just wanted to tell you to stay out of it.”

They were college roommates and came from the same city, Jincheng. They shared a good relationship and Michelle herself witnessed all the love history of Victoria Tan.

She forced a smile, “Is there a way to do that? If he marries someone else, I can still turn a blind eye and pretend I never hear anything or that I don’t know it, but he wants to marry my sister. He will be there in the future family gatherings. I have to face this sooner or later.”

They broke up right after graduation. Her love was faced by a cruel reality. Even Victoria Tan lost to reality, let alone ordinary people.

Michelle said on the phone, “Victoria, promise me to stay for a day or two, okay? My man is on a business trip and will come back by next week. You’d better not let him see your beauty and sexy figure!”

She was surprised, “Michelle, what man? Why didn’t you tell me anything?”

Victoria Tan sighed, “Michelle, you’re so aggressive now. You have found your love and you throw your best friend away!”

Otherwise, how can he gets away after seeing someone as gorgeous as you? If you have the opportunity, please do me a favor and ask him to visit the OBGYN to check his fertility!”

Just then, Victoria Tan arrived at Michelle’s house. She took the key and opened the door in trance.
