Chapter 5 Jiangci why aren't you die?
Shenwei alarms immediately, gazing at him at first, but then, she hangs up her lips and says:” when did i learn it? Of course you don’t know it because you didn’t care me anymore!’
“Do you deserve my attention?”
Munanshen’s eye sight becomes indifferent and loses her in disgust,” three days to consider my condition.” then shuts the door off and leaves.
Shenwei gets up quickly after his leaving, she starts to look around the room after ensuring he has gone. It appears that Jiang and Mu didn’t live apart although Mu treat Jiang bad. Everything in the room are double, including their clothes.
However, when she opens her closet and sees the clothes in it, her world view is challenged. She frowns and pinched between the eyebrows. She thought the clothes she wore in the hospital was ugly enough, but...this closet of clothes has surpassed her aesthetic limit. Jiangci is a miracle, she thinks.
Shenwei picks the clothes for a while, finally she finds a suit and wears it reluctantly.
“Miss!” someone is knocking outside,” who are you?” shenwei asks.
“It’s me, xiaotao, my Miss.”
Xiaotao is the only person she knows in the Mu family except Munanshen.
She thinks for a moment then walk out the closet. “Come in please”
Xiaotao pushes the door and then enters in, with a bowel of Chinese medicine in her hands. “Miss, drink it before it goes stone cold please.” xiaotao hands it in shenwei.
Shenwei puckers her face, pinching her nose and saying,” take it away! What’s that?!”
“Miss, do you forget it? It’s you order me to stew it!” xiaotao sees her astonishingly,” where is Childe?”
Shenwei says after a pause” xiaotao, put it down, i want to ask you something”
In shenwei’s view, she is not the real Jiangci, so she knows nothing about Mu family. The memories in her mind are farraginous, they can’t provide any clues on the condition of Jiangci in Mu family, so she has to ask them from xiaotao.
Xiaotao looks at her suspiciously, but still walks to her cautiously:” what do you want to know? Miss?”
“I took you here from Jiang family?” shenwei points at xiaotao.
“no, Miss,” she shakes her head,” the elder boss ordered me to take care of you in speciality”
“The elder boss?”
Seeing xiaotao’s puzzled expression, shenwei taps her head painfully,” xiaotao, is it sequela? I can’t think of a lot of things, why i jump lake? And... Why Munanshen hates me?”
Shenwei blinks and flows some tears symbolically, the pity look makes xiaotao worried, she takes a piece of tissue to shenwei and says:” don’t worry Miss, its temporary, I can promise.”
“En, I know that, I know I can recall all in the future, but, xiaotao, I only know you and Munanshen in the family, how about the other people in Mu family? I haven’t seen any others except the steward and servant, where are they?”
“The elder boss came to visit his brother in arms in the countryside. As for others, Miss, you don’t get along well with other people of Mu family, especially your husband’s mother and side.”
Shenwei nods and then asks something about other people in Mu family. In conclusion, nobody likes her expect the elder boss. After the two year she married, only the elder boss treat her well.
Shenwei is a little sad but she doesn’t know why.
Suddenly, xiaotao seems thinks of something, she slaps her head and asks,” Miss, it’s not willing to jump the lake?”
Hearing that, shenwei rolls her eyes and looks at her as a fool,” do you think i am that kind of person?”
Then is silence. That’s the answer xiaotao gives her.
“Did I do many fool things before?” shenwei asks reluctantly.
“Enmmm, those are not fool things, the elder boss told me that’s all because Miss loves Childe deeply, so...”
“Ok, stop, I don’t want to hear about this.” shenwei is a little weak now. She knows a little about Jiangci.
She has strengthened her decision to leave Mu family now, it’s so stupid to have fluke mind to live here.
The attitude of Mu family has shown everything, Jiangci has the lowest rank in the family.
She doesn’t believe that Jiangci would attract Munanshen through suiciding. So it’s impossible for Jiangci to jump the lake. Although she is suspicious about that, she would do nothing, because she has to do her private things.
After xiaotao leaving, shenwei stays for a long time in the bedroom, in the period, nobody comes, as for the dinner, xiaotao takes it upstairs and she enjoy it in the bedroom, too.
From the day to night, she never sees him again, naturally, she forgets him.
Shenwei rummages through the jewelry box and the wardrobe, finding that jiangci had many jewelry and clothes, although she has a low aesthetic level.
Experiencing so much things in a day, shenwei can’t stand it, just go to the bed after locking the door.
In trance, shenwei feels a man is staring at her, the eye sight is so sharp that she feels dangerous, although this, she still fells in a nightmare.
In the dream, shenwei comes back Shen family, she sees Shenjingteng and Xuru, the two hugs together looking at her lying on the bed. When she closes them, she finds that her uterus has been removed, including her heart.
“No! NO! Don’t take my uterus away, don’t rob my heart! Xuru, give me my uterus back!”
Shenwei shouts loudly, waving her arms in the air steadily. However, Shenjingteng and Xuru leaves, she couldn’t catch up, no matter how hard she tried. Then the scene changes, the man becomes Munanshen, he grabs her neck and says,” Jiangci, why not go to die?!”
His eye sight put on her, but he doesn’t see her, he is looking at another people through her.
“No!” shenwei opens her eyes furiously, sitting up straightly on the bed.
Beads of sweat cover all her body, as thick as if she has been soaked in water, the sticky black hair crawls the whole of her face.
The bad atmosphere alarms her, turning her head right, a strong figure is sitting beside her.
Her heart trembles, and she can’t tell reality from dream, without thinking, she slaps the man suddenly.
“Pa!” the voice is crisp and harsh, which breaks her dream thoroughly.
“Jiangci, you court death!”
In the gloomy room, anger runs through Munanshen. He catches her wrist and pinches her chin with the other hand.
Shenwei feels a little pain. Staring at the numb hands, she finally recovers consciousness,” I... how can you come in?”
