“President Sheng.”

“Hand in the sales report for me. This month's report.”

“Here, you can have a look. The sales volume in this quarter increased by 10% over the previous quarter.”

My poor husband is reporting, while I, his wife, is doing something that he could not imagine with his boss.

Shamelessly, I got feeling even Luke keep still. I excite to tremble, seeing Hank.

I hear Hank Zhang’s report; I knew that he is an ambitious man; he devotes himself to promotion.

And he’s smart; he glances a woman kneeling on his boss’s leg, still making the report.

I look up till he goes out. My face is hot for the covering or the shame, I don’t know.

“You got feeling in this situation.” Luke looks at me with an ambiguous smile.

I move my body, raping back, “You are the same, President Sheng.”

“So, we are pretty matching.”

Then we continue with this gesture.

It lasts until noon. The clerks have gotten off work, and I am hungry. My legs are too weak to walk, so Luke lifts me out of the office.

Maybe for the pain on my face or Luke’s cosset, I even indulge in his ‘love.’

But I know that we are just partners for sex, no more connections like two parallel lines that will never cross.

We go for lunch far away from the company to avoid Hank and Lina Lin. Luke pulls in, encountering a drug store. “Wait for me for a second.”

In a couple of minutes, he comes back with a little box.

“Take the pill.”

I look at the emergency contraceptive that I never have before. Luke will remind me to take pills after we finished every time. But it’s hard to be pregnant for me, for I born with ovarian malformations. Just once we succeed during the three years of pregnancy.

But to ease him, I take pills in his face.

“Are you afraid I stick to you if I get pregnant?” I smile, asking him.

It’s awkward to ask this question. I’m not excepting; a married woman doesn’t match with him, after all.

“It’s irresponsible to have a baby without getting marrying.” Luke turns to me, responding seriously.

I think of the baby on Lina’s belly. Force a smile, “We won’t be apart if Hank has the same idea with you.”

And I think I can wait for him if Lina didn’t get pregnant, Luke didn’t buy the house with a loan. We have married for seven years, after all.

But there’s no ‘if’ in the world. Maybe I should thank myself that I am still a woman with dignity.

“But, you won’t meet me if that was real.” Luke put his arm around me, kissing on my forehead.

My heart beats fast. Men could induce girls to be amorous.
