Chapter 9 Pathetic

Janice Lin quickly hid herself behind Luke, Meilian frowned and uttered to the two men:”Bumped into you? It’s you that showed up out of nowhere and just stand in our way!”

“”Is that so?” Laughed the tattoo man,”My brothers all call me snake, no one around this place dare mess with me!”

“Well, this little girl didn’t do it on purpose anyway, so we’re not going to ask for money as compensation, what about she hanging around with us for a while, huh?” Said the bald guy,”And get this beggar out of our sight, isn’t it a shame to you being around him?”

They never lifted their eyes away from Janice’s and Meilian’s boobs, and the girls were quite scared, not knowing what to do. Suddenly a man with a golden-rim glasses walked near them and exclaimed:”Stop it, you two, or I’ll call the police!”

“Police, huh?” Uttered Snake as he winked at the bald guy. Cobra thought that he could seize the chance and be the knight in shining armor that helps the damsels in distress, so he raised his voice and continued:”You have three minutes to get away from them, otherwise...”

The next second, he was met with a kick in his belly followed by a punch on his face after he fell down to the ground. The bald guy cursed as he kept on kicking Cobra:”Who do you think you are, Robin-hood? Don’t bother, you puny coward!”

No one dared help Cobra out, the bald guy even shouted out to the crowd when he noticed the security guard coming at them:”I got Mr Tiger watching my back! You’d better stay out of this if you still treasure your life!”

“Mr Tiger?”

It’s like a magic word that sent fear into everyone’s heart, the security guard immediately turned around and walked away after leaving a guilty glance at Cobra. It shocked Cobra, too, he didn’t realize what kind of trouble he got himself into until he heard this name.

“So, what say you, shorty? Shall we go now?” Smiled Snake as he looked to Janice, ignoring Luke.

Meilian was quite pissed for she and Janice had never been treated like this, moreover, she was surprised to find that Luke didn’t seemed like that he would help Cobra of Janice out, probably scared by the Mr Tiger as well. Meilian shook her head, regretting that she agreed to let Luke stay in he restaurant, the people around were also quite disgusted that Luke didn’t do anything.

But Janice still had faith in Luke.

Meilian took out her phone, Snake immediately took a step up thinking that she was about to call the police. But just as he was about to snatched the phone away, Luke grabbed him by his wrist.

“Mess with my friend when I’m around, huh? Then you must be ready for the consequences.” Smiled Luke, but his eyes looked cold.

“Luke!” Exclaimed Janice out of admiration.

Luke was looked smaller then Snake, but Snake couldn’t even get Luke’s hand off him. Meilian put her phone down after a while of consideration as she noticed it.

“Get off me, you dickhead! I’ve got Mr Tiger watching my back, who do you have then?” Sneered Snake.

“I, me, and myself, the one that will kill you.” Smiled Luke.

“Fuck you!” Shouted Snake as he punched toward Luke’s face. Luke dodged the punch as he stepped aside and slapped Snake right on his face, which could’ve knocked him away if it weren’t for Luke holding his wrist. It surprised everyone around including Cobra, who was glad that he didn’t choose to fight Snake and the bald guy back.

“You fucker! Go get him!” Shouted Snake to the bald guy as he kicked toward Luke, meanwhile the bald guy punched to the back of Luke’s head. No one doubt that Luke would be beaten like hell since Snake and the bald guy both looked stronger than Luke.

“Watch out, Luke!” Shouted Janice.

“Pathetic!” Sneered Luke as two tiny silver needles appeared in his hand. With a snap of finger, the needles were launched toward both Snake and the bald guy, who immediately felt that they lost all their strength and quickly fell down to the ground.

“What...what did you do to us?” Uttered Snake out of surprise.
