Chapter 11 Selina

“No, that’s not what I mean.” Selina smiled politely. She said: “I’m in charge of this place, and I feel terribly sorry for what just happened.”

Selina then put on a serious expression and said to her secretary: “Listen, from now on, this gentle man and this lady will be our VIP guests. “That’s right. I am a doctor.”

“Will you call yourself a great doctor?” Selina asked.

And at night, you are always bothered by nightmares. One of the dreams you always have these days is about a flood, which is black. Am I right?”

“How do you know that?” Selina was numb with shock. Because what Luke just said was absolutely correct. It is easy for a good doctor to tell that she had a dry mouth and she had been having nightmares. These things can be reflected from her complexion. But she didn’t know how could he possibly know what she had been dreaming about.

Meilian Tang was very surprised. She didn’t know Luke also knows something about medicine. But Luke is so young, so he is probably not an expert. She thought.

Janice swelled with pride. She admires Luke even more.

Luke frowned. And Selina felt nervous. But after a few seconds of silence, Luke said: “I can help you. But not now. I have no time at this moment.”

Luke couldn’t find any reason to refuse her. She is beautiful, and she is kind. Most importantly, it is a nice thing to do to cure patients.

Selina sighed with relief. She smiled brilliantly and said: “That isn’t a problem. You can come whenever you have time.”

“Good. Then that’s it. We must get going.” Luke said and left.

They got into their BMW. Janice was still feeling excited. She said: “Luke, you are so amazing! Did you see the looks on those two jerks’ face? They were so close to crying.”

Luke said: “They are just two average people.”

Meilian was still worried. She said: “They just mentioned someone named Mr Tiger. I also heard of this man before and I learned that he is a very powerful person in this city. So you must be careful.”

Janice also got worried. She said: “Yes, Luke, you must be careful. They have many people.”

“Thank you. I will be careful.” Luke said.

Luke then helped in the shop, just like he promised. At night, Luke stayed in Meilian’s home. Meilian is single, and her home is very spacious. So it wasn’t a problem.

When Luke was helping in the shop, many waitresses looked at him admiringly because of his outstanding appearance. Janice was still a high school student, but she also visits the shop frequently.
