Chapter 50

The third person I encountered was a woman in her 30's, wearing a simple blue dress and was watering a bonsai plant outside her place. "Do you need anything?" she said, putting her watering can down. "You've been staring at me for the past minute. I thought I might owe you money or something."

"Sorry about that," I said as I came closer. "Do you mind if I ask. . ." I went to the lengthy detail of the tattoo parlor and how I wanted to go back.
