"I've been with you, this useless guy, for three months, and you haven't bought me any designer bags or jewelry. You spent 40,000 dollars on a house for my brother, and now you want it back?"
"Look at Jaxon. On our first day together, he bought me a bag, not expensive, just over 3,000 dollars, and then took me to Upper Sky for a meal. Look at the life I had with you before, it was like living with a beggar."
Hazel flaunted the pink bag in front of Kane.
Jaxon sneered, "A useless guy is just that, can't give his girlfriend the life she wants, and then wants his girlfriend to pay him back. It's really ridiculous!"
Kane was furious, "Hazel, can't you have some dignity?"
Hazel remained unmoved and taunted, "Kane, you look like you're here to deliver takeout, aren't you? You better hurry up, or you'll get a bad review, and that means losing money."
After saying this, Jaxon and Hazel burst into laughter.
"First, I made a reservation to dine at Upper Sky today. Second, the matter of money won't be settled just like that."

Hazel also mocked, "You made a reservation to dine at Upper Sky. Who in their right mind would go out to eat with a useless guy like you?"
At that moment, a Porsche stopped at the entrance of Upper Sky restaurant.
A stunning woman in a pristine white dress, with flawless skin and an otherworldly figure, stepped out of the car.
Jaxon, upon seeing her, was mesmerized and couldn't help but swallow hard.
Jaxon immediately pushed away Hazel, adjusted his tie, and walked up with a smile to greet the woman.
"Hello, beautiful, I'm the second young master of Peck Pharmaceutical. I was wondering if..."
Before Jaxon could finish, the woman didn't even look at him and happily ran to Kane.
“Kane, you're here! Let's go inside!"
Jaxon froze. Such an otherworldly woman was actually here to dine with Kane.
Hazel, pushed aside by Jaxon, looked as if she had eaten a fly. Her face looked unhappy.
"Jaxon, what are you doing? You promised to give me happiness, and I'm already yours."
Jaxon's face turned extremely dark as he watched Kane and Catherine entering Upper Sky.
"Ah, how could this be? How could a woman like her be interested in Kane, a stinky delivery guy?"
Hazel stared at Kane's back, hatingly saying, "Kane, I never expected you, a useless guy, to become a gigolo. It's really shameless."

Kane and Catherine entered Upper Sky and found a seat by the window.
"Catherine, I really appreciate you helping with my sister's medical expenses. Here's 5,000 dollars for you, please take it."
Catherine was somewhat unhappy. "Kane, I've said it, your sister is like my sister. What are you doing? Are you not treating me as a friend?"
"Catherine, I know you don't need this few thousand dollars, but..."
"Alright, I'm hungry. Let's eat. Don't mention the money again, or I'll really be upset."
Catherine interrupted Kane, and playfully smiled, her already stunning face becoming even more enchanting, melting Kane's heart.
Catherine picked up the menu and ordered only two of the cheapest dishes.
Kane was taken aback. He knew that Catherine didn't want him to spend too much money. Compared to Hazel, Kane couldn't help but shake his head and ordered two good meat dishes and two drinks.
"No need to order so much. It's wasteful if we can't finish it." Catherine glanced at the price list. The two dishes Kane ordered cost over 1,500 dollars.
"It's okay, no need to save so much for me." Kane smiled.
Soon, the dishes arrived, and Kane and Catherine chatted and ate. "I heard your grandpa's old illness flared up. Is he doing better now?" Kane asked with concern.
Catherine sighed helplessly, "It's been a chronic illness for decades, and there's still no cure."
Just then, Catherine's phone rang. She answered, and her expression changed drastically.
"What did you say? Grandpa is not doing well? What happened? He was fine at noon today. I'll be back right away."
