Edith Hall's parking space was just one spot away from where Carl Cook was parked, so she heard Aylwin Shao's words loud and clear.

Looking over the car in between them, Edith Hall could see Carl Cook's car.

She saw Aylwin Shao shouting angrily at Carl Cook in the car. Two seconds later, Carl Cook opened the door, got out and went around to the other side to open the door for Aylwin Shao.
